Hotel & Spa Riad Dar El Aila

Pros: One of my favourite hotels during my stay. The staff were super nice and helpful, the hotel beautifully decorated and confortable. I would recommend the riad to friends ! I also the spa & hammam offer, it was amazing !

A tranquil experience

Pros: Amazing attention to detail throughout the entire place. I had stayed in two rooms (we booked two more nights here as we wanted more time to appreciate it), both equally beautiful and so unique. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped us book a tour to the Sahara at the last minute after we had received a cancellation of the previous tour we had booked. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Food was also excellent for lunch. When I used the pool, they closed the window that looks out into it so I could have some privacy, which I really appreciated. The rooftop was also stunning and relaxing. I would return here and easily recommend it to friends.

Beautiful authentic Riad.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, lovely furniture. Very authentic. Beautiful room. Nice breakfast on rooftop.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed with dip in middle. Room booked was a double/triple but when I asked for a specific double/triple room I was told that the room was actually a suite and asked to pay for an upgrade.

Pros: Everything is outstanding, meaning, impressive beautiful spaces rooftop and rooms with the traditional hall to spend and share time. But I want to highlight the service. Simo, our host, takes care of us from the arrival (guiding us through the narrow alleys), till the departure (even managing the transfer and helping us). Excellent place and exceptional service!!!! Thanks !!

very very nice. The room cozy and warm. The staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: The room was nice with some moroccan special ornamentations and this was a privilege. Very cozy! The atrium is bright and pleasant.

Definitly great value for money

Pros: Amazing large family space with two rooms. Really comfortable beds and warm bedding & good heating system (important in Dec).

Cons: No breakfast included, but thats all, everything else was perfect.

Excellent stay

Pros: Nice and cosy accommodation n the old city area with market place and other major attractions at a walking distance. The staff including Abdel, Mehdi and others were very helpful in all aspects.

good location close to market in old Medina, can visit the city by foot from there

Pros: we had one breakfast but our preference was to eat outside, Hammam and massage excellent
