Riad Sapphire & Spa

Pros: Great place, loved the architecture of the Riad and the breakfast was different every day. The staff especially stand out as they were so friendly and kind throughout the stay.

Pros: The place is very neat and comfy. The staff is kind and very warm, willing to help in every way possible. The room was not big, but comfy and nicely decorated and clean which is very important for me. So overall I'm very happy with this riad and its hospitality

Lovely Riad at very good price in a perfect location!

Pros: We thank you Abdo for his hospitality, he came and pick us up from the taxi station and led us to the riad. This was appreciated because the Medina can be quite overwhelming for new tourists. Abdo offered welcoming tea at our arrival. The Riad was lovely, comfortable and we also used the Spa for the massage and hammam. Highly recommended. We also had dinner at the Riad, this was served in the courtyard. It was a little cold but we visited in a particular cold week. Localtion very central and perfect for visiting the Medina. Abso and his colleague were very kind to accomodate an earlier breakfast for us as we had to leave very early for our excursion. Thank you so much!!

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like. The only suggestion for improvement would be having some heaters in the courtyard for colder evenings and also pre-heat the rooms upon guests arrival but, again, we arrived during a particular cold week. :)

Clean, peaceful and relaxing

Pros: Abdu and Dris were fantastic hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The property itself was very clean and beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious. I got to try some traditional Moroccan dishes, which did not disappoint.

Good value for money Riad to use as a base for exploring the medina and beyond

Pros: Everything is so clean and elegant and beatiful. The straff is THE BEST, all of them so welcoming, helpful and Nice people. They Made our trip the best, especially Khadija Who is the genuinly nicest and most lovely lady ever! The food is very good and varies every day, the riad is SO divine i was shocked. I was a little bit sceptical about the location after Reading the reviews but we (3 WOMEN) felt very safe there, and They Even meet with you and guide you there When you need. 10/10 definetetly going back🥰

Hidden gem in a great city

Pros: One of the best places to stay. Abdo and the team created an amazing atmosphere in the hotel. Spa was great experience. Abdul and Gris could not do enough; anything from providing electrical adapters, escorting you to/from the taxi or helping in securing a restaurant booking. They are brilliant, friendly and professional.

Cons: there was nothing i did not like.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent; all staff were very friendly, very helpful and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cons: A rooftop pool would have been nice but we were aware this wasn’t the case at this Riad. There is a small pool in the courtyard but this is never in the sun, which may be a positive for some.
