Pros: The manager and his small staff team were an absolute delight and made our stay. The location is ideal; in the medina, but quiet alley. Great conversion of a beautiful old Riad. A real boutique hotel experience

Pros: We recently stayed at Riad Instant T in Marrakech and overall had a really good experience. The place is charming, clean, and well-located, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only downside was the bathroom, which could use a bit of improvement — the toilet lid was broken, and the shower drainage didn’t work properly. Once that’s fixed, it would make the stay perfect. Overall, it’s a great riad with a lot of potential, and I’d definitely consider staying again once the bathroom is updated.

Pros: From the first moment you step into the riad it was just mesmerizing. Everything is so beautiful and the smell of the place is just amazing. Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The team was so nice to prepare a vegan breakfast for me. Everything was clean and the staff was incredibly nice. Can 100% recommend this Riad.

We had a brilliant stay made all the more enjoyable by the charming welcoming staff

Pros: Attractive authentic building sensitively adapted for boutique hotel use. Quiet location and only a short stroll to the Medina and other attractions. Very good breakfast every morning with different dishes each day. We also pre- booked dinner for one evening and it was absolutely delicious.

Staff could not do enough to please us. Even has early breakfast twice for early days out

Pros: What to say about this property!? Fabulous! From arrival to departure. Beautiful riad, perfectly kept, super clean, and the staff is amazing! Must try: the meat couscous home made! The best ever tried! Thank you to Adil for your kindness and sweet cupcake for my birthday, thank you Ania and Hasnae for the delicious couscous and sweetness all along our stay! We were glad to have found such a great team of people that made our stay unforgettable. Well done to the owner to entrust this team!

Beautiful, perfectly located hotel would not hesitate to stay again !

Pros: Beautiful interior,large room and bathroom. Dining areas was also lovely. Breakfast was really nice and traditional with slight changes each day. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.Shout out to Adil who was especially helpful and always had a huge smile on his face ! Fantastic location could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons: Can be a tad noisy on your first day as it’s in the medina ,however we adjusted quickly and slept very well after the first night. We brought earplugs but never used them haha

Family stay celebrating a special birthday will be very memorable

Pros: Staff were lovely & helpful, nothing was too much. I must mention Adil who made our stay in Marrakesh so easy, a real treasure. He arranged all our taxis and made sure we had everything we needed. The girls were so lovely, always a smile. Beautiful Riad in an excellent position. Very comfortable beds & quiet considering we were so near to the busy areas

Cons: It was very cold when we were there so maybe a few more heaters in the winter

Little hidden gem right in the Medina

Pros: Very well decorated with attention to detail. Great location! We had a wonderful stay and the staff made us feel like home the minute we entered the Riad. We appreciated very much the little roof terrace enjoying the sun or simply relaxing from our day. We couldn’t have chose better place for our stay.
