Riad & SPA Privé - La Perle d'Orane - Marrakech

Truly fantastic

Pros: I loved staying here! This was booked for my birthday and my friends and I were well looked after by Ghizlane and Nadia. Ghizlane was available by phone to answer any questions and for additional requests. The food that was prepared by Nadia was delicious and set us up well to take on the day. We loved the rooftop terrace and utilised the space to play games and have drinks. The Riad itself was spacious, clean and airy. It’s not accessible by car but vehicle access is literally 30 seconds walk so still super convenient. We used the Collège Mohamed 5 as our reference point for taxis and excursions. An entrance to the souks is also very close and easy to access. Overall a fantastic stay, me and the girls really loved it and would recommend it. While the Riad is absolutely stunning, Ghizlane and Nadia really make the stay special. If I go to Marrakech again with a group, I will only be staying here.

Amazing!!!

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a stunning view from our balcony. The facilities were top-notch from the relaxing spa to the well-equipped bathrooms and the exquisite dining options. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and delicious options prepared by Nadia. What truly made our stay outstanding was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile, Ghizlane is amazing! Overall, this was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Pros: Private, neat, clean. The service from Ismail and Nadia was awesome. Location close to the activities. Ismail was very attentive and made himself available at all times to ensure we were comfortable. Hammam was really good. The dinner was a treat and enjoyable.

Location was perfect. Quiet at night .

Pros: Location was perfect. Away from all the hustle and bustle. The Riad is kept very clean. Breakfast was standard but we had the staff member cooking us something different ( you have to pay though). Overall it was a lovely stay , would definitely stay there again. Oh and hats off to Jean Paul who constantly keeps in touch with you and answers your messages almost immediately.

Cons: Found the hot tub too small, especially if you have 6 guests trying to use it at the same time. Besides that didn't find anything else that we didn't like.

Pros: Die Dachterrasse inmitten der Medina ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Beautiful hosted Riad

Pros: We would give this Riad more than 10 if we could! From the communication before, to the oasis of calm that we arrived to, with such a warm welcome from Ghizlane, it exceeded our expectations. The Riad is simply beautifully presented. Nadine prepared dinner for us on the first night and left it for us to warm (because we arrived in the evening) and then Nadine and Ghizlane were both quietly present in the morning to serve breakfast, as well as to help with anything we needed. Ghizlane's local knowledge and advice meant that we really got the best from our time in Marrakech. For the rest of day and evening, the space was our own to enjoy; all the shared spaces, the jacuzzi, and the roof terrace. We had the luxury of sharing the whole place between 4 of us, and it still felt like good value, but it could comfortably sleep 8. Location wise, we were right in the heart of the city and able to walk in to the souks etc during the day, and out for dinner at night.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like, but it might be useful to know that the roof terrace would not be accessible to anyone with mobility issues due to there being a spiral staircase. There is however, another outdoor patio with seating, which may be suitable.
