Definitely worth staying for location

Pros: Can’t fault Houssam, Omar or the ladies that prepared breakfast. They were the nicest most helpful people.

Cons: The shower was very hit and miss. Jumped from freezing cold to really hot or just tepid dribble. Quite a lot of sound coming from the square music wise. But to be fair that’s what we wanted. Literally 1 minutes walk from Jemma El Fnaa square.

Amazing location and team

Pros: My room, the balcony view of the square, amazing location and Omar was a great host. He helped recommend restaurants and helped me get a hammam, nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you to Omar and the team

Beatiful riad in the very heart of Medina

Pros: Friendly staff who took care of us - we got something to eat even though the kitchen was already closed. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the interior is lovely. The riad also organized the transfer from the airport, including baggage transport on the pedestrian part of the route.

Cons: Communication via email could be better. The WiFi was poor and was only usable at specific times. The next part is not related to the hotel but rather to the transfer service. The arrival was quite stressful - we stood in line for passport control for 5.5 hours. The driver didn’t wait for us that long (which is logical) and asked us to contact him when we are done. However, when we were done with passport control, we couldn’t reach him nor the riad by phone. Eventually, we took a taxi, and once we found the riad, there were no further issues.

Good location and nice facilities.

Pros: The room was clean and nicely presented. The highlight was Ahmed who was an absolute asset to the riad helping us wherever and whenever needed.

Cons: Some staff didn’t really seem to know what was happening so for example when we checked in it was all a bit confusing. They were nice enough though and it wasn’t enough to impact the stay. Unfortunately the roof terrace was out of order as there were renovations next door.

A very beautiful little hotel in the heart of Marrakesh

Pros: The staff that we accounted was exceptionally good and honest. We forgot a few items which they contact us about immediately and held until our return. Beautiful rooftop.

Cons: A large sign would have been nice to be able to find the place easier. Also check exact location on google maps and maps.me Even a short description on how to walk here from the main streets or a small drawn map.
