Amazing Riad with very hospitable staff! Will be back!

Pros: Riad Chic!!! Amazing property in the Medina of Marrakech. Close enough to all the key attractions whilst also set a little out of the main square for some peace and quiet in the evening. The Riad itself was very well presented with Breakfast included each morning. The staff could not do enough for us, Mehdi looked after us for the week serving our breakfast each morning and very accommodating throughout. Mehdi met us from our taxi on the first night and regularly offered advice and help throughout our stay. Mohamed also welcomed us and again very hospitable throughout our stay. Very impressed with staff and breakfast. Would highly recommend the Riad and would return when we go back to Marrakech! They also have their own Cafe - Cafe Chic a short walk from the Riad which deliver exceptional Frappuccino’s!

Cons: The Riad was a little cold at night but no fault of the guys themselves just to note take some extra layers for the evening as temperatures can drop.

This riad is perfectly situated for exploring the different areas and points of interest of Marrakesh

Pros: Riad Chic is smaller Riad, a beautiful little oasis on edge of the Medina. The property was very clean and nicely decorated in a more contemporary style.. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. And foremost, the staff is very friendly and super helpful

Amazing

Pros: The riad was amazing, the breakfast was good and the room is so pretty, clean, and smells fresh.

Cons: The only downside for us was that there is no key for outside so we need to knock to enter the exterior door. As a shy person I always feel bad when I have to do multiple in and out at the hotel. But the staff is extremely friendly and never make us feel bad to knock, it really is a personnal preference.

Lovely stay

Pros: Great staff and comfortable rooms which were very clean and well put together. Good location.

Cons: Very minor point: more storage in the room would be helpful such as a chest of drawers.

Wonderful stay. Lots of sightseeing on our doorstep.

Pros: Riad in great location. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Riad was spotlessly clean. Bed was large and super comfy. Shower was powerful with oodles of hot water

Amazing vibe and hospitality

Pros: Everything! From the warm welcome, to the serene environment of the Riad that is so tastefully decorated, the amazing breakfast on the terrace and the personal attention received. Yasin was very helpful with directions and booking our Hamman experience but Youseff was the star of the show greeting us warmly everytime we returned to the Riad and seeing to our every need with such a pleasant smile. I would absolutely recommend Riad Chic anytime!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: A very nice stay with excellent service from all staff but especially Yousef, he was very helpful with information.
