Wonderfully personal and friendly

Pros: The location was central but just enough away so that it wasn’t noisy. The Riad was very welcoming and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. Jacqueline was the most helpful and welcoming of hosts. She organised a taxi from the airport and met us with someone to take our suitcases. She gave us lots of useful tips on dining out and what was worth seeing and what to avoid. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were huge and Jacqueline and her staff went out of their way to cater for my dietary needs. We really enjoyed the terrace.

Cons: This is a personal preference only- but if I had to choose something that would have made my stay even better then it would have been a softer mattress and pillows.

Beautiful experience. Can't wait to go back.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful RIAD. It was quiet, very lovely and close to everything.

Pros: The RIAD was fantastic with a great location close to the city center and we could walk around. Our room was very nice, comfortable, clean and very quiet with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great with all we could dream about. Jacqueline was very kind and helpful in all aspects. we can warmly recommend this RIAD and would love to stay there again.

Wonderful Jnane d'O

Pros: The Riad Jnane d'O is an oasis of calm in the bustle of Marrakech. The property is so beautiful, with a peaceful courtyard and amazing roof terrace. Our host Jacqueline was wonderful, making sure our stay was perfect, she really has created something very special. Our suite was gorgeous, it had everything we needed. Each day started with a delicious breakfast of fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads, omelette, fresh orange juice and delicious mint tea. The Riad is in an excellent central location and taxis are close by should you wish to venture further afield. We are so glad we found Riad Jnane d'O.

Pros: This place is wonderful, it is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, but at the same time it is only a two minute walk from the souks and you can be in the centre of the city life in no time. Pros: Beautifully furnished, cool, amazingly quiet whilst minutes away from the hustle and bustle . Large rooms . Smelled fantastic at all times . Very safe and secure .

Cons: One room was a little dark compared to the others . Few more lights would have been great . (Out of Africa Suite)

Wonderful Riad

Pros: Beautiful Riad, perfectly located in the heart of Marrakech — yet extremely quiet and relaxing amid the city’s vibrant business life. The property is small but absolutely exquisite. The décor in Moroccan-Moorish style feels very authentic and truly luxurious. Everything is personal and welcoming. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. The owner and host, Jacqueline, is exceptionally kind, always helpful, and very approachable. The staff is very friendly, and the airport transfer is included in the price. Would love to come back — unfortunately, our stay was far too short. Thank you, Jacqueline, for the wonderful stay!
