Magnificent riad and great hospitaly

Pros: It’s a wonderful place, the Riad 4 Jardins, located a bit outside of the medina’s chaos but still very close to all the major sites. The riad has a magnificent garden which allows the guests to take break from the loud streets of the city, relax and enjoy the birds songs. Jamal and his daughter are extremely helpful. The rest of the staff is also very respectful and helpful. Our room had its own terrace and we enjoyed privacy. The room was cleaned every day, it was equipped with all the needed amenities. The only thing that we requested is to get eggs for breakfast which was immediately provided to us.

The perfect hotel/ accommodation choice for your trip to Marrakech

Pros: Location is great! The oasis of calmness and serenity in Medina. The service (incl breakfast) is fantastic! The owners of Riad provided us with useful information upon our arrival which helped us further! It‘s a beutiful place with a great location in Medina, with owners who are very open and kind to the bottom of their heart. I advise to arrange also the taxi from/to airport via this Riad - the driver is an amazing guy bringing you to the destination with no delay, a real professional!

Pros: We highly recommend the Riad 4 jardin - amazing location, the owner and his lovely daughter are helpful, very kind and always happy to assist. We stayed 3 nights with our three children. We loved the whole experience and the peace of the riad after a day out and about.

A beautiful, peaceful riad with exceptional staff and a truly seamless, relaxing stay.

Pros: My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Riad 4 Jardins. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and genuine welcome and immediately felt at home. The staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. I have specific dietary requirements and the team made every effort to accommodate me at breakfast, which I was very grateful for. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, a calm oasis away from the bustle of Marrakech. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and everything from the stay to the airport transfer was seamless.

Cons: Nothing at all!

Pros: After 8 days in Marrakech we think that this Riad is perfectly located in the city. The service is excellent because Jamal and his daughter and the whole team are generous and hospitable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and tea served in the beautiful Riad garden. We appreciated also that thanks to the Riad team we could go on a trip to Ourika and relish due to a Hammam bath with massage.

Cons: This was such a well rounded experience that there is nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous and calm oasis in an excellent location

Pros: Such a gorgeous and calm oasis! Beautiful garden and a very comfortable room – I slept very well, both nights that I was there. Hind went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, and was so helpful re. Marrakech advice. Her colleagues were also so welcoming, and the hammam was wonderful! Would really recommend to anyone visiting the city, and certainly hope to stay again.

Pros: It's a beautiful Riad with a lovely garden, terrace and comfortable rooms. Jamal and his team are incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. And the riad is in a great location near the heart of the old town, but a little set back so you have a lovely peaceful space to return to after each day.

Absolutely amazing

Pros: The setting: calm and peaceful with a traditional feeling. The location: Safe location, easy enough to reach the main attractions with plenty of cafes, stores and nice restaurants nearby. But quiet enough to be enjoyable. The staff: helpful, attentive, considerate, friendly and professional. The bedroom: comfortable, spacious and with all the modern amenities. The food: breakfast was tasty, healthy and plentiful We also tried the hammam and the massage which is an experience we would absolutely recommend.
