Cool riad just inside the Medina

Pros: The location is perfect, just inside the Medina walls and on the nicest side of the Medina. Lots of great places to eat or visit in walking distance. The staff were super helpful, especially Abouda who is a real superstar!

A wonderful Riad with a warm welcome , perfect !

Pros: The riad was an Oasis of calm against the hustle and bustle of the medina. A beautiful building with great rooms and the most warm, hospitable and helpful staff who made our stay perfect!

Cons: Nothing - it was all really great

Pros: Lovely setting with attractive pool in the courtyard. Good sized room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Bedroom curtains didn’t block out the light and courtyard lights were on during the night.

Amazing stay!

Pros: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I really felt it was deserved. Yassi is without a doubt the best receptionist I have ever met, and I say this after having travelled a lot. From the very first moment we arrived until the very last minute when we left, he was incredibly attentive. He helped us with everything we asked for, organised all our plans, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. Every request we had was handled quickly and with great care. On top of that, he was always extremely kind, friendly and genuinely pleasant. His professionalism and attitude truly made our stay much better. He really deserves special recognition.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved.

Pros: Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We’d like to address a huge thank you to the staff, everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Yassine and Abonda. We had a lovely time in Marrakech, and your kindness had a lot to do with it.

Cons: However, the basement room was a little bit humid. Still, we had the most pleasant stay.

Comfortable rooms and great location inside medina, easy to find and a short walk from attractions!

Pros: Great location, a short walk from the souks but also easy to find on foot from the nearest taxi-drop off point - very important when travelling with suitcases etc. We stayed in the 'Talitha' room, which was spacious and had a large, very comfortable double bed and small safe for valuables (note, laptops do not fit - only passports/wallet). The bathroom was also very spacious, clean and modern (note, there is no standing shower - only a bath with a hand-held shower on the side). The room had a strong air con/heater system that worked very well, which was important as we visited during a cold spell where temperatures reached 2C outside at night. Both the room and the riad are nicely decorated with traditional touches, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. WiFi was very good and allowed video calls.

Cons: Nothing! I would point out that the riad is next door to a mosque, so you will be woken just before dawn with the 'call to prayer' playing from loudspeakers - it is very loud! However, this is common throughout the medina and I doubt it can be avoided, no matter where you stay.

Everyone at the Riad was extremely welcoming and it honestly exceeded all our expectations!

Pros: The location was great and easy to find as well as being close to a lot of spots.

Pros: The Riad was incredibly beautiful, just like it appears in the photos. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our room (Winston) was very comfortable and clean. What we appreciated the most was how attentive, helpful, and friendly the staff were. From the airport transfer to the transfer to the Agafay Desert, restaurant recommendations, and the great service in between — always accompanied by fresh mint tea — everything was perfectly arranged. A special thanks to Yassin, who managed everything wonderfully for us. Many, many thanks for the wonderful stay and all your efforts. You truly made our trip perfect with your outstanding service.
