Lovely location. Great pool. Mainly nice staff except Uma
Pros: The property was in a great location and the pool and sunbeds were perfect for our stay
Cons: Uma was incredibly rude to us which we were surprised about considering the rest of the staff were so lovely! She gave us someone else’s cold coffee pot (recycled) at breakfast as she wouldn’t make more and shouted at us about our bags even though we were told we could leave them in the property after we had checked out.

Great, would book again
Pros: Perfect location, right in the middle of town. Walking distance to all medina (shopping area & main square). Host was very helpful with advice on do’s & don’ts In town. Breakfast was a lovely little spread. Nice roof top - sun loungers etc. v quiet at night. Peaceful oasis would def recommend. Def advise let them collect you from airport. Finding Riads would be v challenging!! (Plus you run risk of accidentally committing to a random local ‘helping’ you)

A little quiet gem in the heart of the medina.
Pros: Perfect quieter location but right in the medina. Really easy to get to and all the main sights. We stayed in one of the annexe which is your own mini riad and was so nice and homely. We will definitely be coming back and telling friends to stay here. The breakfast in the main riad rooftop was delicious. There is a small plunge pool but we didn’t have time to use.

Cons: Loud creaking doors, very noticeable at nighttime

Pros: Riad Anjar was really exceptional and what made it so was mainly the team working there. Ouma took exceptional care of us, as well as the rest of the team who were all very kind and efficient and went beyond the usual to make our stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was really good, the riad was clean and everything worked really well, the bed was very comfortable.... Really, I have no bad things to say about this place, our stay was amazing!

Lovely place to stay and very kind people
Pros: It’s beautiful and has nice size tools and a lovely roof terrace / restaurant area. Great that you can black out the rooms with the window shutters.
Cons: You can hear a lot of ambient noise but this is just how riads are I suppose. Air con was very nosy but necessary due to the heat. Our room was also under the roof terrace area so the sound of tables and chairs being moved later at night was a bit annoying. Also the entrance leading to the front door from the street feels a bit sketchy and is very dark and one evening there were multiple men just hanging out there which felt a little unsafe. It would be nice if they lit this area up and had better signage to make it feel safer, especially as we were 2 women and you have to wait at the door for them to open it, we didn’t have a key.
