Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: We were welcomed from the start. The staff made me a delicious birthday cake. The Riad is beautiful. Staff helped with our connections / taxi bookings and ideas for places to visit. They couldn’t have been more help. Many thanks!

Cons: Being December it was colder than usual and raining. Our room was on the cold side, but the staff provided us with a heater when we asked. A cover for the rain and to keep heat in the courtyard would be a good idea for the winter

Great place to stay is Fes.

Pros: The rooms are so beautifully decorated. It is in a great location on the edge of the medina. Breakfast was great and the views from the breakfast room is spectacular.

Pros: Super nice staff who helped with everything. Also clean and close to Jema El-Fna. Breakfast is perfect. Only downside is that it is tucked down in an alley that looks closed, which makes it a bit difficult to find the first time.

Pros: Definitely the staff. Both Lahssans were professional and super friendly and they made the stay so special. It was well situated. Very quiet, no noise from the Medina at all. Had everything you need. It is a lovely spot with such a homely feel. We felt so welcome and relaxed it was like we were in a home. Breakfast were tasty and generous.

Beautiful riad in great location

Pros: The loveliest Riad very close to the main square in Marrakech. The location was perfect, although difficult to find, but the staff couldn’t have been kinder by meeting us in a cafe to take us to the road and then organising and taking us to our taxi back to the airport. The rooftop is amazing with a plunge pool, loungers, and panoramic views. Breakfast on the rooftop was the real highlight. We stayed in 3 different riads during our stay in Marrakech, all of which were lovely, but Riad Zazz was definitely the best of them all. We would highly recommend this riad.
