Great location and great communication!
Pros: Really good communication from mounir and his team, who gave us his contact and was at the ready to provide us with anything we needed! Really good location and really good value for money for what you’re getting! It can get very warm so during the summer so just a warning but we got everything we needed! I love marrakech!
Cons: The lighting was a bit dim but that’s the riad experience!

Great location for staying in the Medina area
Pros: Fantastic location, only a short walk from the shops in the centre of the Medina, but tucked away in a quiet street with no problem sleeping at night
Cons: WiFi is a bit slow

Worth every penny x
Pros: Perfect location. In the Heart of the Medina.3mins from the Jemma el fna. Excellent value for money. Fair size room. Comfy beds.. Excellent view from roof of far away mountains.
Cons: Its not a case of not like...as the cost was cheap. Maybe a new sign on the door!! And fix in the electricals with plugs and lights.

Pleasant and very welcoming people and great breakfast served
Pros: The female staff was very understanding with everything. And offered help in each and everything
Cons: Nothing specific but it was chilly in the night and blankets were not enough. In the night I realised I have an air conditioner but there was no remote to operate it and at 0100 I did not wanted to call the owner

Good budget accommodation
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, only saw them in the mornings as there isn't a manned reception in this Riad. I asked if I could borrow a kettle to put in my room as I'm up early and like my coffee first thing and they were most helpful and gave me one. It has an excellent location for the sights and souks. Shower water was good and hot . Was good value for money as it's a very cheap stay compared to a lot of the other riads. Overall I'm happy to give a good review
Cons: Breakfast on the terrace was at 9am which was a bit too late for me so I didn't have breakfast there. In room details it did state that toiletries, shampoo and conditioner were supplied but there were none. Only a small bar of soap for hand washing. But everything can be bought nearby at very cheap prices so it wasn't a problem. Water was leaking in the bathroom which wasn't ideal , but I just got a towel to wrap around for my stay . So nothing too bad , but enough to drop a point on an honest review for future guests. If you want more comfort then pay more would be my advice

Friendly and very relaxing. Spacious.
Pros: Big specious rooms, very quiet, very friendly and helpfull staff.
Cons: The property need some serious upgrading, if that is taken care off the riad could be a real gem.

Homely and relaxed.
Pros: We were grateful to be allowed in the kitchen, or it would have been difficult for six nights. The housekeeping lady is lovely and very kind. The host is also kind and helpful. The riad is what I would term mid-comfort, but there are no kettles in the rooms. It's easy to find opposite number 11. It is situated very conveniently to the centre of things in Marrakech.
Cons: It can be very difficult to sleep if you are sharing the house with inconsiderate people. There need to be rules about quiet between the hours of 11pm and 7am. If you have the rooms on the street, it can also be noisy with motorbikes etc going past.
