Pros: Friendly and attentive service by Youseff and colleagues . Breakfast very good and diferent day by day. Comfy bed and beautiful room. Higly recommend !

Pros: Close to the medina, very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They even made breakfast earlier as we had a trip at 7.30 am

Pros: The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring we were well looked after throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is superb — remarkable value for both its setting and service. Above all, their sincerity and honesty left a lasting impression.

Cons: A few small details could be refined, but overall it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

Lovely stay at Riad Jaime

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Riad Jaime. Khalid sent me the location on WhatsApp prior to arrival so it was easy to find. He let us check in early and served us mint tea. There was fruit and bottled water in the room when we arrived and on our last night Khalid even offered us dinner! We had already eaten but he arranged some Moroccan sweets and mint tea to eat on the rooftop terrace during sunset. Location was perfect and within walking distance to most attractions. AC was good and the room was cleaned daily.

Pros: Lovely staff,good location in close proximity to the main square but with a level of privacy and away from noisy streets .Nice breakfast on the roof terrace.

Cons: few times the Internet stopped working at night and once we could not find any staff in the riad at night when we needed help sorting the Internet out

Feels Like Home in the Heart of the Medina

Pros: Staying at this Riad felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. It’s a simple place, but very clean and comfortable. The real highlight is the staff, friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is right in the heart of the Medina, which is amazing because you’re just steps away from all the main tourist attractions. The Medina’s narrow streets can be a bit tricky to navigate. GPS doesn’t work well here, and there are no signs on the door, so it can be easy to get lost. I highly recommend contacting the Riad in advance to get clear directions it will save you a lot of time and confusion. Despite that small challenge, staying here is definitely worth it. The charm, hospitality, and central location make it a wonderful place to experience the city.

Pros: For those who have never visited Marrakesh, I recommend staying at this riad for its excellent location and the hospitality of the staff. It's a great cost-benefit option. The breakfast is fantastic and served on the rooftop. I requested an earlier service due to commitments, and they accommodated me, which added positively to my overall experience. The riad has both larger and smaller rooms. The entire place is very quiet—a peaceful retreat from the chaos of the streets and markets, yet still within walking distance of the city's main attractions. I traveled back to my country in the early hours, and the transfer was provided safely and punctually.. Congratulations on the hospitality—until next time!

Great first time in Marrakesh, excellent service at Riad Jaime

Pros: Breakfast was great, very generous portions and nice variety. Service provided by Mohammed was excellent, he was friendly, attentive and eager to help since the first moment, also, he provided me with a map and marked the top attractions in the city and indicated how to get around town, he even helped understand how prices work in local shops and zoques. In short, Mohammed's help & service made me feel at home and I'm sure future guests at Riad Jaime will have an amazing experience with Mohammed.
