Great place to stay.

Pros: Great location in the heart of the Medina and an amazing traditional Riad Very welcoming and friendly staff. Staff had lots of helpful information about what to do in Marrakesh. The hotel arranged a guide for us to visit the Souks in the Medina and also arranged a day out to the nearby Ourika Valley Tasty breakfasts. Lovely touches like a hot water bottle in the bed in the evening. Beautiful sunsets from the rooftop.

Pros: Exceptional hospitality in the heart of the souks The staff here are outstanding - consistently helpful, polite, and remarkably proactive in anticipating our needs. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with authentic local touches that really captured the atmosphere of the area. They went above and beyond by arranging all our transportation, and everything ran like clockwork - never a delay. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the souks, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient while giving us a genuine taste of local life. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic experience with top-notch service.

Perfect stay in Marrakech!

Pros: Riad Kaiss is absolutely beautiful, and the service is outstanding. The staff helped us with everything, including arranging our airport pickup, and made us feel genuinely looked after. Our room was perfectly air-conditioned, cleaned with great care every day, and we loved the warm hot-water bottle waiting for us each evening — such a thoughtful touch. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the team had no problem preparing an early meal on the days we had excursions. We also tried the hammam for the first time and loved it! We would happily come back. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Riad Kaiss.

Pros: This riad is truly remarkable. While it embraces a beautiful traditional style, it also offers a unique and captivating atmosphere that makes the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner feels authentic and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and charming ambiance.

Cons: The room was a little bit cold, but the fireplace, the tea, and the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and committed to making our stay perfect — really balanced things out. Their warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience.

The perfect riad!

Pros: This is such a beautiful place to stay, it feels like a palace. The staff are the most lovely, welcoming team - they absolutely made the riad feel like home and like our own wee oasis in the middle of the city. They gave us some really helpful info about Marrakech and introduced us to the culture on arrival. Everything is on the doorstep, very walkable to the souks and sites, and only 5 minutes from where most excursions will pick up. The breakfasts are brilliant - a real feast to set you up for the day with fruit, soup, bakery pieces, yogurt, eggs etc. Thoroughly recommend staying here!

Pros: The Merchant Ivory of Riads! Authentic and stunningly beautiful throughout every room, passage and terrace. Extremely tranquil and perfectly situated. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were spotless. You will not regret staying here.

Cons: Beds were a little hard.

Pros: Beautiful setting. Right in the Medina, but close enough to taxis just outside the Medina for trips to the jardin Mariel and other places.
