Just beautiful

Pros: We love the Door Janna, this is our second visit and we were not disappointed, the breakfast was great on the roof terrace with the lovely Chaima.

Fantastic Riad in the centre of Marrakech.

Pros: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great location close to the markets but far enough away that it’s quiet. Immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool is lovely and clean. The breakfast was brilliant. The staff can’t do enough for you they were brilliant. Chaima served us at breakfast every morning and she was fantastic.

Pros: Beautiful riad,excellent location,near to every main attraction. Breakfast was tasty,staff was friendly,especially Chaima, but everybody was really helpful and made our stay amazing😁 I recommend to order transfer through the riad from the airport,they help you with your luggage from the drop off point😁

Exceptional accommodation

Pros: Exceptional property with beautiful design touches. There are cozy corners where you can relax. The rooms were very clean and all of the staff were extremely polite, kind and helpful. The spa facility was also excellent and the breakfast was very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Perfect.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Door Janna. Beautiful Riad in an excellent location for exploring Marrakesh. We paid a bit extra for a suite and it was well worth it for special occasion. The staff were extremely helpful - no job too big or small! Oh and breakfast was superb.

Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was perfect.

The hotel is an oasis and a beautiful sanctuary in the middle of the bustle of Marrakesh.

Pros: The location is unbeatable — tucked away on a quiet street just 50m from all the buzz. It’s easy to access and only a five-minute walk from a pickup point for cars. The quality of the finish throughout the hotel is exceptional, from the beautifully designed courtyard to the restaurant serving amazing freshly prepared breakfasts, and of course the stunning rooms. The rooms are modern, (and immaculately clean), but retain that traditional Moroccan style. The staff are genuinely lovely and deliver service to the highest standard. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Cons: Quite literally nothing.

Pros: Beautifully executed interior designed Riad in the heart of the city with wonderful service and staff.

Cons: Room was on the small side and when booking double/twin we just received a twin and no doubles were available.

Little Gem - Door Janna *****

Pros: This Riad is just beautiful. When you enter Door Janna, you are transferred from the hustle and noise of the medina into the most serene environment. Beautifully decorated, you just want to immerse yourself in this little gem of a Riad. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are large and inviting, and the beds are very comfortable. Would I recommend Door Janna. Most definitely! Five Stars *****!
