Riad Manissa

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us a little care package when we had to leave early for the airport, how nice is that :) Absolutely lovely experience.

Pros: The location, staff, room and breakfast all great. Would definitely return to this Riad.

Pros: The property is excellent, centrally located. While the Riad is relatively small, it has an excellent ambience.

Cons: We booked a suite on Booking.com but were given a family room instead, which had four beds, a small bathroom, and was much smaller than the advertised 32 sq meters. The management explained this was due to the Afro Cup and an incorrect description on Booking.com. However, the manager later acknowledged the issue and offered an alternative solution for the second day, which I truly appreciate. It’s best to confirm with the property beforehand what you’ll actually receive compared to what’s listed online. One more point: the rooms we stayed in lacked bathroom ventilation, which is something you’d expect at this price point for a Riad

Pros: Totally everything 100% , The hospitality is very impressive, the riad is clean and beautiful with the touch of traditional Art , its near to the main square and other attractions.. they had even prepared me a breakfast and packed for us so we can start our travel early from the hotel before the breakfast time. We are very impressed and we will definitely suggest this place for the world.

Good value for money in the medina

Pros: The location was amazing, the staff super helpful! Really wholesome breakfast and super spacious rooms

Pros: The riad was amazing and quite. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, providing plenty of information about Marrakech and its attractions. The location is easy to find and near to Main Square (this is quite important, because with the Medina of Marrakech is easy to get lost 😏). The room was good and clean. I recommend it if you want to have a quite riad and in a good location from main square and easy access to the taxi.

Excellent hotel providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Pros: Excellent boutique hotel. Very well situated: close to the Souks and other attractions. It also felt very safe as the property was surrounded by security cameras and access was only granted by the concierge. The room was lovely and comfortable. Lovely decoration, good air conditioning and comfy beds. Regular towel changes. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was lovely. I would recommend Riad Manissa to anyone looking for a good value location to stay in Marrakech. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cons: It would have been nice to have coffee available either in the room or in the lobby area.
