A wonderful riad. Great location. Tasteful decor and great comfort.

Pros: Delightful breakfast. Beautifully served. Fruit. Freshly squeezed juice excellent coffee, pastries, pancakes, yoghurt. All delicious.

Cons: It was all superb.

Pros: Beautiful Riad in Authentic Marrakech location. A haven from the outside world.

Cons: The communiction was not good ...response to emails or phone calls could have been much better and the owner in Belgium when contacted could have been more helpful especially when calling Belgium from Marrakech via mobile phone.

Tranquil, beautiful rooms, super staff, great food

Pros: Abdul and the staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and made our stay a real holiday from start to finish. The dinners at Dar Housnia were also the best food we had during the whole trip - delicious fish. And gorgeous breakfasts. Thank you!

Wonderful peaceful and relaxing stay!

Pros: Loved the pool and terrace. Make sure to book meals at the Riad. The food is absolutely delicious! The cook is excellent, her food was tastier than the food in one of the 3 top restaurants in Marrakesh. We had spa treatments and enjoyed those too. The therapist is friendly and well trained. The staff were all very courteous. The riad is extremely clean. There are little birds flying around that brings a special charm to the riad.

Cons: Not many staff who speak English which is tricky if you do not speak French. Our stay lacked a personal touch and warmth due to this. Nobody checks in or offer advice on places to visit for example. Communication is limited and comes across as purely transactional. It would have been nice to have received a price list for drinks.

Great hotel

Pros: Superb hotel and very helpful staff. Beautifully decorated and furnished with amazing small pool to cool down. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast. Super quiet relaxation just near the Souq.

Cons: Added %'s for credit card payments are a bit steep

Pros: Beautiful riad just like in the photos. Amazing staff who were always available but respected our privacy. Calm oasis in the midst of the chaos of the medina!

Cons: A bit noisy from the sounds of the medina at night but we soon got used to that and just slept in on the amazingly comfortable bed!

Really pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful calm oasis in the middle of the Medina. Attention to detail is second to none.

Pros: What an oasis of calm. Walking in through the door you would never know you were just metres away from the noisy motorbikes belching smoke and the hum and buzz of traders in the medina.The detail, the quality of the furnishings and the understated elegance of the decor was outstanding. And the peace was wonderful. A fabulous dipping pool that was not heated at the time we stayed and a wonderful terrace for breakfast and aperitfis. We had dinner one night. Too much food for three people, but excellent quality and a fabulous range of Moroccan cooking - topped off by one of the best Tiramisu's this side of Italy!

Cons: There is a mix-up between the drivers and luggage carriers regarding who is responsible for paying—this needs sorting out.

The Riad was peaceful after a busy day in the Medina. Evening meals were excellent.
