Pros: Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also very convenient, as the GetYourGuide pickup point was just a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Good location, clean rooms and common areas, good breakfast

Cons: Reception staff not paying attention to the booking, causing confusion on arrival (just because 5 people are stood at reception doesn’t mean we’re all staying together, so don’t add random strangers to our group)

Brilliant

Pros: Absolutely worth every penny. The staff are absolutely friendly and the front desk are just amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Breakfast was amazing and the fresh orange juice just wow!!

Lovely hotel, good facilities with fantastic staff.

Pros: The hotel was not too far from the airport in a great location with underground parking. It was very spacious, clean and most importantly the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our room was on the front, so very noisy at night. But that’s Marrakesh.

Nice for short city stay

Pros: Good value for money. The room was basic but clean and can’t really fault it. There’s plenty of places to eat close by.

Cons: The only thing which was a bug, was there was no safe and you had to give you keys into the front desk to get your room cleaned. Also the shower curtain was useless, the whole bathroom floor gets soaked when showering. Might be better if the shower curtain went round the shower instead of down the side towards the toilet.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and always welcoming. The hotel is large and in traditional style. I was upgraded to a suite which was AMAZING. Huge suite with 2 balconies, 2 TVs a sofa and large double bed. Very clean. Breakfast was large room with purpose built tops with very huge choice. Chef in place to do pancakes or omelettes etc. This will be my choice of hotel when in Marrakech. I highly recommend it. Carré Eden shopping centre not far 10 minutes walk. Number 1 bus straight to Jammna El Fna right outside hotel.

Cons: Only the Wi-Fi. It did not work in my room. Everything else was fantastic.

Pros: I loved that it was located near the city centre. The room was spacious and staff very friendly.

Cons: The room was quite cold due to harmattan and the only way to stay warm was to use the duvet.
