The Hotel & Staff are wonderful, Pool on the roof, Hamman/Spa too.

Pros: Hotel location is perfect, a short walking distance from the main busy road. Taxis available at anytime and cheap. journey to the main busy El Fena is appx 12 minutes , cost us £4.00 - 40/50 Derham. Hotel Staff are amazing, helpful & friendly Particularly Amal who advice you of the best places to go and get deals. she is an asset to the hotel. Also have to speak about the Professional Restaurant manager Rahali, the smile never leaves him. extremely polite, tactful, & friendly. Does his job and much more.... loved the Suite with double basin and huge balcony with Jacuzzi , we didn't need to use it having the lovely pool on the roof with the bar there too. when leaving on our last day we felt like they are saying goodbye to family members.

Cons: Would have liked international food along the Tagine so the choice is there, when you had enough of the traditional food. Note that you have to pay for still water/coffee , even when your package includes dinner or lunch, its not much, just for £3.00 & no free jug of water with ice - while coffee with your breakfast is available and its included at no extra charge. Occasionally a smell of sewerage appears on some roads, as its common in some countries just for moments. still isn't very nice.

Very Good, With friendly and warm staffs.

Pros: The staffs were exceptional. Amal, the reception staffs, the domestic and kitchen/dinner staffs are so warm and friendly. Always with a smile. The room we stayed was spacious, cool and comfortable. The meals are very tasty and fresh with lots to choose from. We'll surely stay there again.

Cons: The smell of the sewage around the hotel can sometimes be uncomfortable. The towels are very clean but worn and needs replacing.
