Pros: It was nice hotel old furniture but clean warm room Khadija receptionist was beyond kind and professional. Mohamed very good reception skills. All staff always happy to help

Wooden feet Need sorting.

Pros: Lovely clean and friendly good size rooms with good amenities.

Cons: Wooden furniture in the rooms on tile floor it echos through the hotel . It's a easy fix just put felt pads on the feet

Pros: The service was fantastic. Many thanks to the receptionist. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but you can find it by the date and time of our check-in. The room was spacious with a pool view, the bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated because we arrived very tired from the flight. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and the small pool could be improved, as well as the furniture in that area, with little effort and investment. As for its location, it's a bit far from the city center, but nothing a taxi from the hotel, arranged by the reception, can't solve. The included buffet breakfast was very complete. It lacked a bit of a fruit variety, but they offer juices, which compensates for it somewhat. Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in Marrakech.

Nice and clean hotel room, good breakfast.

Pros: Excellent hotel, except the sound isolation. You can really hear every single car passing by the road and also all the noises inside the hotel. Otherwise very nice, good breakfast.

This is perfect value

Pros: The staff were excellent and they do keep the hotel very clean plus it has a gym and for the price that is fantastic value

Cons: Everything is perfect, except I would say that sometimes it can be difficult to get taxis

Pros: Pool area was clean and modern. Rooms were clean but could have been more lights and bathroom was modern.

Cons: Breakfast was quite narrow and it took time before replenishment arrived little by little.

Pros: Excellent value for money. The room was comfortable with satisfying temperature, quite warm, with a lot of light (which is great because some previous accommodations in Morocco we were staying at were quite dark and cold). The staff was very kind. Breakfast was fine.

Cons: It was very cold in the lobby and in the restaurant.
