An exceptional stay distinguished by outstanding service and immaculate accommodation.

Pros: My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech to celebrate a special birthday, and the experience was exceptional in every respect. The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding; team members consistently went out of their way to ensure the stay was comfortable and memorable. The villa was exceptionally spacious, immaculate, and beautifully maintained. Bougainvilleas cascading down the walls and fragrant jasmine vines created a particularly elegant atmosphere. The pool was slightly cold for this time of year, while the jacuzzi was well heated and very comfortable. The room itself was spotless and well appointed, with no faults to note. The Spa was excellent. Particular appreciation goes to AbdulSamad, whose thoughtful and attentive support was invaluable. The concierge team also provided excellent recommendations, greatly enhancing the overall experience.

Cons: Breakfast service was excellent, with attentive and gracious staff, though the menu felt somewhat limited for a five-star property.

Exceptional

Pros: Where do I begin! The villas were amazing and spacious. The service exceptional. Housekeeping kept the villa immaculate. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There is nowhere in Marrakech I would have rather stayed.

Cons: Everything was incredible.

Beautiful luxury oasis of perfection

Pros: Breakfast was excellent a lot of choice including a la carte, attentive service. Suite of incredible size and design, wonderful gardens and cosy swimming pool. Chinese restaurant Ling Ling was delightful.

Cons: We did not like the second restaurant Srivan- fatty lamb was impossible to eat, food was cold we were wondering why so expensive. Also surprisingly there was no restaurant serving Moroccan food.

The villa was so large that made staying so comfortable, the modern design of the hotel harmonises with its surroundings

An amazing experience - superb!

Pros: An amazing experience. An all-villa hotel. The villas are superbly appointed with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff are uber-friendly, food and facilities are great. One of the best bits is you get a private WhatsApp channel to your very own butler! The hotel is very green and back to nature; super relaxing.

Cons: Nothing really. If I was being picky, I didn’t warm to the fact that none of the patio doors in the villa (of which there were three) could be locked, so behind the main villa door, everything is always open. This just felt a bit weird, although it probably underlines that it’s very safe. Certainly there’s plenty of security around.
