Nice experience, would recommend

Pros: Gorgeous Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. We loved the staff who were perfect and very attentive. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. The manager, Abdel, was very helpful, shared a lot about the city and its attractions and gave us tips on how to avoid being scammed.

Pros: Friendly staff and Central location. Staff was always available to help (My flight was diverted but the hotel staff arranged shuttle for me at 2AM in the midnight)

Pros: The staff were excellent, especially Abdel at the front. Very eager to help and was able to organise a last minute spa. I had a last minute booking (30 min before I turned up) and the whole process was seamless.

Cozy Riad at Medina

Pros: The Riad is beautiful, our room was comfortable and with AC which was perfect cause the weather outside was very hot. What we like the most is the staff make us feel super welcome and help us all the time with everything we needed, we would like to thank the guys at reception Mohammed and Younes for helping us with the activities to do in Marrakesh (you have plenty options to do and they do the reservation for you) and also we like to thank the to Zakaria at the breakfast who was always kind with us. We had an amazing stay and we hope to comeback soon.

Pros: Lovely stay in the middle of Marrakech real old town and market. All staff were very professional and extremely helpful and friendly, Delicious food, great location and excellent value for money😁👍☀️

Pros: i liked the staff very much, they were very kind an spoke good english what was necessary to me. I was lost in Marrakaech at midnight and i called the hotel to help me find the hotel again. The staff came to pick me up from the place i was waiting and walked with me to the hotel. I found this very friendly and therfore i will go back to this riad when i will visit marrakech again.

I had a great stay and would stay again.

Pros: The traditional Moroccan breakfast was served on the terrace. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.

Cons: This is a great place to stay. Close to the Medina and nearby attractions such as the Photography Museum (well worth a visit) and the Ben Youssaf Madrassa (amazing restored architecture). Just take care not to be taken in and accept one of the many offers to visit the tannery. I stayed for 1 week and was approached daily to see if I wanted to witness the last day of the Berber Leather Festival. I was warned by the hotel but be careful.

Pros: Lovely service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pretty hotel and close to main attractions. Also, the massage and lamb tangine were great!
