Pros: Everything was absolutely fabulous. The rooms are gorgeous, especially the suite. The riad is bursting with character and charm, and the staff are lovely. Thank you especially to Bruno, Mohammed, Stephen, and Soupi the chef. It's calm and peaceful. Great breakfast and delicious tagine for dinner when we didn't feel like going out. We didn't find the breakfast area particularly cold in January, and the bedrooms are lovely and warm. They give you a free taxi to the riad (try to have small change for a tip!). Highly, highly recommended.

Cons: It's down a small street, so using Google maps offline is very important to avoid attracting \

A wonderful stay in Marrakech — we felt very welcome and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, with a lovely atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was great and the facilities were excellent. Steven was outstanding — extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. Everything met our expectations.

Too good for short stays

Pros: Unfortunately, there were some problems with our stay: first, we didn’t stay long enough, and second, we weren’t able to sleep all day in the comfortable bed because we had to allow time for the rest of Marrakesh. Everything else was absolutely perfect. The staff were extraordinary — and even that word feels insufficient. From the very start, the airport pick-up was seamless and set a wonderful tone for our stay in Marrakesh. Our room was not only spotless but genuinely beautiful, as were all the common areas. The roof terrace was lovely, the hammam was a wonderful experience, and the food… I still miss the food. It was without question the best we had in Morocco. We originally chose this riad for its location, but it exceeded every expectation in every possible way. We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed here and would return without hesitation — for longer, and with fewer plans outside the riad.

Cons: Having to leave was annoying. I'd much rather they let me stay forever.

Beautiful riad in the quiet part of the old town

Pros: Everything was great. Good location in the old town, very quiet. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was varied and very delicious!

Fantastic staff

Pros: Inside was a welcome relief from the outside buzz . It was quiet , clean and had a great terrace and additional seating areas throughout . The staff were really attentive and accompanied our needs . Breakfast was wonderful - which they made for us early on days we had excursions . Everyone was wonderful .

What a Find !!! Definitely Consider Staying at this Riad. One of Our Best Experiences.

Pros: The staff was excellent. Competent, accommodating, and friendly. Check-in was quick. The facilities were outstanding. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. The location was very good. We met the owner (a very nice man), who has a vision to provide people with a first rate experience.

Pros: A truly authentic Moroccan experience! The riad beautifully reflects local traditions, with a warm and attentive staff – especially Joseph, who always finds a solution for everything. Amazing decor, amazing food, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and it’s just a short walk from the main square. Highly recommended!

Excellent trip, I strongly recommend this hotel in Marrakech.

Pros: All personnel very nice, accommodating and flexible (breakfast requested sometimes early in the morning). Room was perfect (bedroom, great shower…). Thanks again for the free hammam offered the last day of my trip ! :)
