Le Pavillon de la Kasbah & SPA Marrakech

Lovely experience away from home, close to medina

Pros: Great services, Anne and the entire staff were fantastic (great advice and recommendations for exploring the area). The location is also convenient, walking distance to the souks and medina. Our room was clean and modern furnished. For someone first experiencing Marrakech, it’s a great place to book as you get a good location + help from the hotel with transfers, guides, etc. It made the experience more memorable.

Cons: Room was a bit small, but we did book last minute. Price-wise, also a bit on the expensive side, but we did go over NY, which is always in demand.

Wonderful stay made better by the fabulous staff.

Pros: Anne and the other staff were great they couldn’t do enough for you and made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons: We would have liked a bar to come back and have a drink at the end of a busy day. Every else was perfect.

Pros: Absolutely loved it! Beautiful and intimate hotel.

A magical stay

Pros: From the moment we arrived Anne and the team made us feel at home. The room was a great size and had small area for us to sit with friends. The breakfast was delicious and a nice change from the standard hotel fare. Anne was very generous with her time and recommendations. If you are looking for service as it used to be then make sure you visit the Pavillion. The design of the Riad is beautiful keeping a traditional feel with a modern design twist. I also enjoyed a Hammam, massage and facial. Save yourself the trouble of trying to find a spa and get your treatments here.

Cons: Next time I think we’d prefer to stay in a room on the upper floor further away from the front door and reception - that doesn’t make the room we stayed in bad in any way.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Very stylish and comfortable with exceptional staff.

Amazing Riad in the Kashba

Pros: I had a fabulous stay in the Riad. They have all amenities needed, the whole place is very clean and well maintained and the rooftop terrace amazing.

Cons: Nothing.

A home from home

Pros: Everything. This property is immaculate, comfortable, and very welcoming. The breakfast is traditional morroccan and very tasty. The location is great, not too close to the markets so much more peaceful. The room is gorgeous and my partner was ecstatic that he was able to watch the Liverpool game on the tv in the room! I took unwell with food poisoning whilst there and the staff couldn't have done more for me. They got me medicine, constantly checked in, and arranged a doctor when needed. They offered to cook me rice, get me water etc. They also let us check out late with no extra charge, which was so kind so that I could stay in bed longer. I would 100% recommend this property as a place to stay on your trip to Marrakech.

Pros: The hotel is right in the middle of the Kasbah and yet it is very peaceful inside, so you get to experience the hustle and bustle of Marrakech as soon as you step outside but you still get a good nights sleep in a very peaceful, riad inspired, building. The place is made magical by the owner Anne, who takes a genuine interest in your visit and makes all your restaurant and trip bookings for you. Anne's team are also extremely attentive, the breakfasts on the roof terrace are delicious. If you want to really experience Marrakech and enjoy the comforts of an excellent hotel, this is the best place!

Slice of Paradise

Pros: Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. I missed breakfast but was brought food and coffee. Get a spa treatment it was amazingly!

Cons: That I have to go all the way from Ireland to Morocco to stay there. 😭

friendly and clean - would come back

Pros: We had a very nice time at Le Pavillon. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the terrace a lot — it was perfect for relaxing. We did a bike tour from Marrakesh to Fez, and the owner kindly let us leave our bike bags at the hotel during the trip, which was incredibly helpful.
