Great apartman and value

Pros: Cozy and the balcony was perfect. Marina starts around the corner

Cons: The balcony is not separated from the livnig room/kitchen area and on cold nights it becomes a minus.

Pros: The apartment was really spacious and it was very good value for the size. It has a large and comfortable open living area and balcony with a separate enclosed air conditioned bedroom. The host was very friendly, accommodating and spoke perfect English.

Cons: The property is well located near a busy part of town but this also results in the area being a bit noisy at night. I slept with earplugs and had no problem. A lockbox for the key would streamline the check-in process.
