Pros: Very helpful personnel (they helped us a lot with some last tasks before our trip) and good central location.

Very nice riad with spacious courtyard and cozy, furnished sun terrace on the roof.

Pros: The staff was extra attentive, very friendly, always there for you and ready to help - in a good way! I liked the sun terrace on the roof especially, and having breakfast in the morning sun. The sun terrace had nice furnishing and carpets, making it very cozy.

Cons: It's not a flaw, but keep in mind that the room for 3 is really tiny and there is almost no space for luggage or storing you stuff. We were 2 people, so it wasn't a problem, but for 3 people it's really very small.

Great stay and exceptional service by hotel staff!

Pros: The staff, especially Mohammed or Mo (in the photo), were amazing and exceptional. They were very helpful and go out of their way to assist the guests and their hospitality were fabulous! I would say they were one best hotel staff I have encountered so far. Breakfast was freshly cooked and they even assisted us in buying water and soda from outside shops. Keep it up and all the best to the staff of Riad Mama Toutou! The riad looked beautiful and proper Moroccan. Location was good value for money and close to the centre of the city.

Cons: The beds were quite uncomfortable, they felt stiff. And i think the Riad could improve with their linens and sheets.

Pros: Very good location, 5 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fna, friendly and helpful host, we had fantastic breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the Kutubiyya minaret. Room was small but comfortable and cosy. Very good value for money. Thank you Youssef!

Pros: Absolutely amazing place! I was traveling with my mother and it was our very first time in Morocco, with Marrakech as our first stop. We were warmly welcomed with some mint tea and moroccan pastries. The staff was the kindest and we felt taken care of. We booked a room for three, it was very nice with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, and the shampoo and some soap, as well as the towels were provided. The daily breakfasts were delicious! Served between 8:30 and 10:00, however, on the days when we had to leave early for some booked trips, the staff was kind enough to serve breakfasts earlier. Special thanks to Mustafa, who woke up earlier on one of the days, so that we could eat at 7:30 before leaving to see the Ouzoud waterfalls. I will be definitely coming back, during my returns to Marrakech!

Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Marrakesh!

Pros: The location was very good, only 15 min walk from the main square. The building and the room were very authentic and clean. The generous breakfast had home-made pastries and 3 different drinks. Most importantly, the staff: They were super helpful, kind, and friendly. We absolutely felt home thanks go their hospitality. Thank you Mostafa, Hiba and Hassan! You made our stay very pleasant and we are going back with very nice memories.

Pros: The staff was very kind to us, especially Hiba and Hassan. They were both very friendly and helpful, and they took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was central, close to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was really delicious – a typical Moroccan breakfast. The Riad was very peaceful and beautifully decorated with traditional furniture.
