Next to the center but quiet and friendly

Pros: Abdul, the omnipresent 24yo tenant has been great, always available, super gentle and polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms were silent and the breakfast was really amazing. Also the position was very good, near the suk entrance but on a main street and not in those little alleys that can be a bit sketchy in the late evening. The mattress was extremely comfortable too.

Cons: Our room had the window facing an internal corridor, not the best for fresh air exchange or daylight, and the private toilet (clean) sometimes was releasing a bit of a sewer smell.

Pros: The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious. The two beautiful cats were definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is also very easily accessible, which made everything even more convenient.

Cons: Parking space is a bit tricky

Pros: nice breakfast in the terrace with local moroccan prpducts.The host was also really kind to prepare a early take away breakfast in the morning

Cons: to find the riad was missing a label or a plate with the name of the resort on the streets. I advice to place one in the door to make it more visible for the guest coming .

Pros: Great location in the very center of the city. Everything is within convenient walking distance. Nice, polite, hospitable staff. Easy and good communication. Nice rooftop terrace.

The most homely riad in Marrakesh

Pros: The host Abdul and the lady of the breakfast gave us a great stay. The location to find it is a bit hard but it is next to the BIM store. No language barriers at all! 😌 You can get tea at any time and it’s the best tea in marrakesh if you ask me. The bed and airconditioning were very good. The room and terras were always clean and neat. The little cat became our friend really quick. Abdul even got us a taxi fast to the trainstation for only €5. Would definitely recommend and come back! Enjoyable and hospitable stay

Pros: Abdoul and the others provided greater service and very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was very nice, and the property is in the middle of the medina. The highlight of this stay was the hospitality where they truly made us feel welcome.

Cons: This is a new property so some minor issues such as the WiFi. Maybe they could have provided some storage for clothes.

Perfect place and brilliant host!

Pros: I reserved this property for my final night in Marrakesh and immediately regretted not staying here for my entire trip. Everything exceeded expectations—the accommodation is immaculate with generously sized rooms and, notably, the most spacious bathroom I encountered throughout Morocco. Breakfast was exceptional and refreshingly different from the standard fare served elsewhere, making it a genuine highlight. The location is ideal, just a ten-minute stroll to the main square. Abdoul, our host, was wonderfully gracious and attentive. We’ll absolutely be returning on our next visit to Morocco.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

EXCEPTIONAL service

Pros: Where to start from Abdoul was the incharge i told him a day before that it was my wife 40th bday On arrival he surprised us with bday decor and even gave a souvenir gift for wife. Location was quiet good. Room size v big and clean,same for toilet with all toiletries available. Breakfast was too good all freshly made.even we landed after their breakfast finished time but as we had long flight .Abdoul went out of the way and served us fresh breakfast, v thankful to him. There was a terric had breakfast their during the sunny day. Seating outside was good too. Room cleaning included and they made sure Room ready for next day. V easily accessible to town. Abdoul guided us as well. Kids had comfortable stay as well Above all he made sure to make us feel stay at home. No noise all staff very friendly On ur last day he again gifted us Moroccon oil to wife for her health issue. Will definitely going to stay again soon. Last but not the least wifi was quiet good .

The perfect Riad in Marrakesh

Pros: Whole staff was gentile and available tò satisfy all out requests. Room big and clean, breakfast on the Terrasse fantastic and differenti every day. Perfect position. Owner fantastic. I really recomand this Riad. In some week they will open also their restaurant inside riad
