A little gem in Marrakech!

Pros: What a delightful stay we've just had at Riad Alena! Booked several months ago after seeing a review in The Times in England, we had lots of contact with the Team, who helped us organise a wonderful itinerary to explore the best of Marrakech, including a cookery lesson too! Riad Alena is a real gem, a haven, steeped in tradition, superb food, and friendly, attentive staff. Thank you to Louis, Mustapha, Abdul, Abla and Fatima for helping us to have a wonderful holiday.

Pros: Mustapha and Abdoul were wonderful couldn’t have done more. The food was delicious and sitting and eating out on the roof terrace was lovely really peaceful after a busy day.

Cons: Room was smaller than expected.

Lovely stay in a beautiful riad with great staff!

Pros: Beautiful riad in a perfect location (though easy to walk past on first visit!) the breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly.

Cons: The riad was truly lovely and beautiful, however it is small so if you are looking for more vibrancy then it may be quiet. But for tranquility and high standards, it's perfect

A little haven of tranquility, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Pros: Breakfast was an appetising traditional Morrocan breakfast served on the roof terrace. Staff were all lovely and contributed to our enjoyment. Very much a temporary home from home. The riad is quiet and peaceful in contrast to the bustling Medina outside.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: There’s everything to love about the Riad … the super friendly staff, location, food, decor. Lovely breakfast included which is served on the terrace. Easy to come and go. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing other than the room being quite cold (I was here in December).
