Safe place, clean property

Pros: Great location, in the middle of medina, safe neighborhood. Our host was extremely helpful during our stay. The place was marvelous, super clean house. Air conditioning was working in every bedroom perfectly.

Pros: Thank you Khalid for this amazing riad! Khalid is a wonderful host who has been in touch all the days of our vacation. The house is amazing, one of the best houses we've ever been to, very clean, everything is in the kitchen and in the rooms, you can cook any dish! A lovely terrace with a large sofa and sun beds where you can sunbathe and spend time with your friends and family! The house has a chic and stylish new renovation and all rooms are very clean! Thank you Khalid! It was a wonderful experience!

Pros: The accommodation was just awesome, big bedrooms each one with it own bathroom, and an amazing chill out zone on the roof. And special mention for the host Khaled who help us a lot and was so kind😄

Pros: The house was big and could accommodate our group.

Cons: I absolutely did not like that on the same day of check-in I received a message saying that I had to pay in cash. It was already evening when I saw this message. Although I was given until the next day to pay, this led to some additional stress because I had to carry a substantial amount of money in the streets of Marrakesh. The house was not easy to find (address did not match the place) and we had to make international call to find out where the place was. Moreover we communicated to the lady that towels were missing and these towels never came.

Very nice place to stay

Pros: Very nice place. In a very good location, just 2 min to the market, taxi and approx 18min to the main square. Very beautiful and cosy environment, tidy and peaceful. Amazing views from the terrace 🙂

A comfortable and affordable stay for group travelers

Pros: a nice apartment for group travel. spacious bedrooms and nice group seating areas in the terrace and entrance.

Cons: bathroom amenities were not present. the shower water pressure was uneven in the higher bathrooms. wifi coverage was minimal to not present in the higher rooms.

Clean, big, and lovely views! 100% recommended

Pros: Everything! Very clean and big. There were different spaces to enjoy the riad however you like, including a lovely terrace with gorgeous views. Abla, the madame, was amazing. She came to pick us up, was friendly and thoughtful all the time. They cooked the best couscous I've tried in Marrakech! 100% recommended. I would definitely go back there the next time I'm in Marrakech.

Cons: Everything was perfect, 100% recommended.

Pros: very beautiful, clean and comfortable riad, close to the center. Easy communication with the hosts. very reasonable price.

Cons: unfortunetaly because of the weather we couldn’t enjoy roof terrace, on sunny evening it should be nice.

Polecam, na pewno wrócimy!

Pros: Bardzo ładne miejsce blisko centrum. Zdjęcia nie oddają klimatu i piękna tego miejsca.

Cons: Wszystko było w porządku. 5 małych pokoi z toaletą dały wszystkim komfort i intymność, a jadalnia i taras pozwoliły na wspólne spotkania przy stole.
