Had a lovely stay.

Pros: The location. Close to all the sites esp the main square.

Cons: No tee coffee in room, breakfast is outside of hotel.

Pros: The staff were lovely especially the lady during the day and Mohammed at night. Always making an effort to chat and ask about your day. The rooftop is a chilled area to hang out. Room authentic and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Locals always wanting a chat.

Cons: Not a big deal but if you use the pool there is nowhere to hang your costume to dry for the next day. Google maps takes you the wrong way... but once you have found it easy to navigate back and forward.

Just one night but very pleasant

Pros: We only stayed one night in this riad but it was a good stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice, served in a lovely rooftop setting in a separate building to the riad itself. The location is very good, inside the Medina and about 5-10 minutes walk from the main square. Busy in the day and very atmospheric in the evenings. There is a small pool at the top where you can sit and cool down! They booked us an airport shuttle and supplied a porter with a handcart to carry our luggage to the pick up point

Cons: As mentioned by other reviewers, the entrance is very tucked away and almost impossible to find without asking for help from local people. The owners would do themselves a big favour if they included simple instructions on how to find the front door. As it is tucked away in the tiny streets, a taxi has to drop you off at the outside of the Medina then you have to find your own way

Friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: The room was lovely. My husband had become ill prior to us getting to Marrakech- the staff were very helpful to hasten the process of passports etc when you arrive and helped us with our luggage to our room, it was very much appreciated. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great.

Cons: I can't say anything it was all good. A suggestion that a washing machine/ dryer would be a wonderful asset as many travellers like ourselves have been travelling for days so eventually we need to do laundry.

Fantastic stay, fantastic location & fantastic staff

Pros: Lovely Riad with excellent staff. Nothing seemed to be an issue for the staff when making enquiries or asking for directions! Breakfast was fab and the room was lovely, super close to the Medina if not at the Medina ( depends on how much of a wrong turn you take!) Excellent place to be picked up from if doing tours!

Pros: Absolutely prime location right in the medina - just a quick walk (once you find your bearings!) from the main drag. Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond - they helped me a number of times with directions and gave great tips for local eats, money changer etc really knowledgeable.

The place is lovely and in a great location the staff are also great! Would definitely recommend staying here

Pros: The building was lovely and so were the rooms! We stayed in the room right beside the pool and it had a table and the door was nice for sitting at at night!

Cons: Our room was next to the stairs to the terrace so in the morning we were usually woke up abruptly with people standing outside talking.

Great location with excellent value for money

Pros: The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, very accommodating, breakfast was delicious, and the location right in the centre of the Medina makes it excellent value for money.

Cons: The Riad can be tricky to find, so be cautious. In the Medina, some people may approach you offering directions and later demand payment even if you didn’t ask for help. This can make your arrival experience less pleasant. One suggestion for the Riad, if the Riad could provide guests with a detailed route or map before arrival to avoid confusion. This was our third accommodation in Morocco, and it’s the first time we encountered this issue.
