Pros: The staff, particularly Mariam, provided excellent assistance. The establishment is charming and tastefully adorned. The room offers a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the Riad is conveniently located within walking distance of the market and various restaurants.

Cons: There was limited information regarding directions to the Riad. We were approached by an individual who courteously offered to guide us, and we assumed he was an authorised representative. Upon our arrival at the Riad, he requested payment, specifically in Euro notes. I offered him €10, but he indicated it was insufficient, and I did not have smaller denominations. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this arrangement beforehand. Initially, navigating to the Riad proved challenging due to the intricate network of small lanes; however, once familiarised, access became straightforward. A minor inconvenience was that our towels remained damp after showering, and despite this being a simple issue to rectify by changing it, but it wasn't . The following day, I requested a change of hand towels, but the larger towels were still left damp.

A great place, huge rooms and great value for money

Pros: Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and fresh. Massage and Airballon just fantastic. We could be happy to comeback again.

Pros: What a blessing this place was 10/10 ! I found this beautiful Riad last minute after staying in a horrible hostel the first night and it was everything I needed and more. The place is super clean, nice showers plenty of hot water, beautiful Moroccan aesthetic, pretty rooftop and they had both hot and cold air conditioning very handy in winter. The breakfast they do is wonderful, the massages they offer are very affordable and really grounded me. Mariam is an absolute ANGEL nothing was too much and she helped me with so many different things to make my hotel truly special and feel safe as a female solo traveller .The rest of the team are lovely. It was peaceful yet close to everything and I will definitely be back with my family. Thank you so much, all the blessings Abigail ✨🪷🖤

Pros: Walkable distance to town, Authentic, well maintained.

Cons: Shower although strong makes floor very wet and dangerous, no where to hang clothes, living out of a suitcase, location quite far from main road, you do have to factor in time to get to transport, but I think that’s not really the property’s fault

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right within the old walled city of Marrakech, giving easy access to historical sights, local shops, numerous food outlets, and readily available taxis. The staff were outstanding; polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the manager, Mariam, who is a remarkable individual and truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers great value for money, with very spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast that adds to the overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Beautiful Riad and staffs

Pros: Very clean Riad in good location, we booked trips with this Riad to Agafay desert also Airballon was beautiful experience, i will keep coming to this Riad for my next trip to Marrakech.

Pros: Exceptionnel !! Le Riad est propre, très joli et très bien organisé, les chambres grandes et la terrasse magnifique, le petit déjeuner, autant que le repas sont préparés par une cuisinière très bonne, délicieux !! Un très grand merci à Mariam, ça m’a donné de la tranquillité avoir organisé tout avec elle pour l’anniversaire de ma maman. Merci aussi à Hassan, qui a été très sympa avec nous, vraiment. Le guide Mohamed est super gentil, on a vécu un très bon tour guidé ! Le réceptionniste du soir aussi grand merci pour nous accompagner jusqu’au taxi. On retournera sans doute !! Merci Riad Iklil 😃

Pros: Posizione ottima, Amin è gentilissimo e l'ambiente è pulito. Colazione buonissima e sana. Contattando la struttura e con prezzi bassi con un transfert ci hanno portato in albergo all'arrivo e ci ha riportato all'aeroporto per la partenza,

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup aimé la qualité du personnel, très accueillant. La terrasse pour les petits déjeuners est très agréable.

Cons: Le riad n'est pas facile à trouver la 1re fois. Mais la personne qui nous accueille, nous avions guidé jusqu'aux accidents en retour. La description n'est pas tout à fait fidèle aux photos. Par exemple, il est marqué qu'il y a une dîner morale. Or, nous ne pouvons pas amener à manger dans la chambre ? Vous êtes une visite. C'est un bassin, cependant, nous nous sommes à proximité de nanterre, de la médinace désagréable. Personnellement chaleureux.
