Pros: Great room, very spacious. Nice grounds, very well kept and so peaceful.

Cons: Food was good but not great. Breakfast was nice, but same every day. Lunch meals were average. Just a bit bland and chicken was overcooked.

Just perfect, felt like home and certainly the staff made you feel that way with nothing being too much trouble.

Pros: Just stunning architecture and location. Tranquil and staff tirelessly efficient and professional

Cons: It was a 20 minute taxi ride to central Marrakesh though frankly we wanted a hotel to escape the hustle and bustle so ticked all the boxes for us

Heaven on earth

Pros: One can have breakfast in the gardens or on a rooftop terrace of your room - either is marvellous

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like but am afraid to say some front office could be more coordinated. They are all super friendly and helpful but would not know that I already visited for the 3rd or 4th time.

Phenomenal stay - loved the hotel and the team!

Pros: Probably the most stylish hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service was exceptional, the grounds are immaculate and just the right facilities for a boutique hotel.

Cons: Watch out for laundry - we paid £100 for 2 shirts and a basket!!

A treat of a hotel

Pros: The hotel is not huge and provides a really welcoming and personal touch. The room we had (with garden and small pool) was lovely. The staff really made the stay. We were so well looked after and the food was fantastic too. After a few days staying in the Medina we loved relaxing by the pool in the sunshine.

Relaxing, peaceful and luxurious trip on the outskirts of Marrakech

Pros: We loved the property, it felt brand new and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a private event on at the hotel during our stay so we weren't able to use some facilities which we weren't notified about before our stay, or on our arrival but the staff did do an exceptional job at making us feel prioritised.
