Pros: Gardens and quiet after noisy Marrakech. Very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and well worth including it when you book.
Cons: Shower in bath - we're a bit too old for climbing and worry about slipping. The power went off (in the whole region) at night so too hot to sleep in room until power for air conditioning was restored.

Cons: WiFi was hit & miss in big room. Aircon didn't work on 1st night in small room. Location is 20mins from centre with no shuttle provided. Food on site is nice, but pricy for Morroco- for snacks, walk left, 2 minutes down the road to a corner shop (local prices)

Pros: The Host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We booked this hotel very last minute, but we were extremely pleased with the facilities and staff.
Cons: The WiFi connection from my room was quite weak.

Pros: The staff was very kind and smiling. The place is quiet and pleasant with a very beautiful garden. The breakfast, traditional and delicious, served with care and attention. The beds are very comfortable. It is excellent that there is a working air conditioner, because it was quite cold during our visit.
Cons: The hotel is far from the central part of Marrakech, which is a tourist area. Taxi prices are quite high. The hotel offers a transfer from the airport for 20 euros per person, and we were three people.

Lovely place. and Lovely people
Pros: We arrived late on the 22nd Dec 2024, and we were greeted by Abdul. We asked if there was food, and he said no kitchen was closed. He got us some drinks and offered us chicken tagine. It was served with a salad. At 12 at night, he did very well. We both enjoyed the food. Breakfast was standard and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful. They had menus with prices and we ordered a few dishes from the menu. Have to say we really enjoyed the food. The swimming pool was cold, but we still got in, and the grounds are well kept. Very quiet and out away from the busy city centre. You can easily get into Marrakesh within 15 minutes or so. We felt welcomed and a lovely balance of service. It was homely and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would not change a thing. The place is a great hideaway. It was lovely to hear the workers in the kitchen cooking, laughing, and they all seemed to eat and work together it was a lovely homely feeling

Wonderful stay, delightful setting, great location, fantastic staff
Pros: The hotel was wonderfully relaxing and peaceful, set in a beautiful shady garden with flowers and fruit trees and a lovely pool. It was like a delightful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. But what made it particularly special was the staff who were so attentive, in particular Abdessadeq and Khadija who were incredibly kind looking after my son when he arrived with a fever. Everyone was so helpful generally and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Another high point was having delicious meals in the garden in the evening. We would definitely return.

Precious Marrakesh Diamond. A place to return to many times...
Pros: Fantastic place in Marrakech, very quiet, private and delightful in every way. The staff is friendly, attentive and calmly takes care of guests at all times. Service and facilities, truly beyond expectation! I will definitely be back.

Pros: Riad is beautiful, Anwar's reception was wonderful with his smile and his cheerful and social spirit. He was available all time to attend our requests, he was the one who greeted customers, took food orders, cleaned the pool, and watered the beautiful garden. Many thanks again to Anwar and his team.
Cons: The food was OK, it’s not a good value for money.. It’s far from the center of the city so you need to have a car but the place is calm, perfect to take some rest!
