A home away from home !

Pros: We had an excellent stay here! From the moment we arrived, Soso welcomed us as if we were coming into her own home. Even though she speaks French and we didn’t, we communicated easily via Google Translate and felt so taken care of. A highlight was when we arrived late one evening; Soso personally warmed up dinner and brought it to our room—that level of care is rare! Soso was always on hand to help with our requests and really was the highlight of our stay! The property itself is beautifully decorated and feels like a tranquil palace. We also want to shout out Philippe, who was always on hand to drive us back and forth to the center. He was super reliable, on time, and made us feel very safe, especially when returning late at night.

Calm resort and kind personnel

Pros: Breakfast was good and served flexibly. The more expensive suite is beautiful with its own fireplace, and the personnel put the fire for us before coming back from the city during the colder days. The suite has a bath and a shower and a nice terrace opening to the pool and is luxurious. A kind and flexible staff, booking us taxis when we needed. A calm area with not much around, so you need a taxi or car to get to places like restaurants or shopping areas. If you're looking for a calm place, then this is what you're looking for.

Cons: Breakfast It remained basically the same everyday, with little adjustment. The normal rooms (not attached to the main building) can have ant issues, and little warm water. I could not stay in the shower long enough to wash my hair in the standard room, since the temperature of the shower water kept on changing. They're also a bit shabby and in a need of renovation. Even in the suite you need to let the water run for a bit for it to get warm.

Pros: Incredible location with wonderful hosts. Very helpful and caring in all ways. A family feel. All staff were exceptional. A massive thank you to Meidhi & Fatima.

Pros: The location is an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marakesh. The room was exceptional and rather larger than I expected. The patio and pool on the door step made the experience. Soso is very welcoming and makes you feel welcomed. Bear in mind this is a french speaking establishment, English is spoken by a limited number.

Cons: Unfortunately, due to maybe low season there weren't many staff on. Apart from that no concerns.

Part 2 of a 5 night stay, having stayed in the medina of the old town. It was calm and relaxing; the perfect antidote to

Pros: Beautiful hotel with very well kept gardens, fantastic pool, lovely helpful staff and great food. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything that we could possibly need. Although away from the main city of Marrakech it was only a 20min taxi back to the hustle and bustle if needed.

Cons: We had a jacuzzi in our garden area that wasn’t working.

The members of staff were really lovely and kind and made our stay a bit more special.

Pros: A stunning building. Our suite was huge. The swimming pool was amazing. It was tremendous value for money. This is a French speaking establishment so very good chance for me to practice my language skills.

Cons: It was a little bit remote, but if you are looking for a peaceful retreat it is perfect. We didn't see too many other guests around. Could be a good place to travel to with friends and family.

Very good place and experience. It is worth staying here and the place and staff are beautiful.

Pros: Soso and her staff are very kind and affectionate and they take care of you very well. The scenery of the place is beautiful especially the garden is just beautiful. The breakfast and the food is of very good quality. You have tea, coffee, juice, pastry eggs, butter,cheese,jam,honey, nutella, bread,pancakes and Moroccan sweets for breakfast, can't ask for more. The place is very private and serene and relaxing.

Cons: The toilets in the room could do with some work and repair. Especially the fittings can be cleaned. Sometimes it is difficult to get hold of anyone so they can provide a contact number at the reception to speak to someone.

Pros: The place is very beautiful, tipical Marokko style like a real Paace. The room was big and very comfortable. The food in the palace it was delicious. The Team is very friendly and always at your Service. Especially the owner, Soso, is always supportive with organising transportation, activities, giving recomandations. We felt treated like part of the family from Soso. A place to be definitively recomanded.
