Riad Touhfa Kasbah Marrakech

Beautiful

Pros: It is an absolutely stunning riad, the decor is incredible and it is absolutely spotless. The breakfast is exceptional too.

Cons: As we were based on the ground floor of the property, we found it very noisy. We understand that it may be just generally how riads are but the sound proofing was quite bad and we weren’t able to get decent nights sleep.

Pros: We liked the Riad and our room was comfortable. The breakfast was prepared and served with care. The Riad decor was nice & traditional. The room was clean. Location was very good & convenient.

Cons: Perhaps the bathroom sink was too small. The area outside the front door was a mess.

Nice and pleasant stay

Pros: A beautiful decorated and clean riad, just walking distance from Djemaa el Fna. Very kind and welcoming staff

Cons: It was a bit could in the riad. They had some heathers so they did their best to make it comfortable

Pros: It's a very nice and clean Riad. The host is very friendly and speaks English, which was great. The Riad is not heated (the bedrooms have aircon but not downstairs where they serve breakfast/dinner) so we had to wear our jackets when having breakfast or dinner. We've heard though this is the case wherever you go in Morocco in Dec/Jan.

Overall a pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent location. Close to Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutubiyya mosque, Jamaa el Fnaa. Beautiful Riad in a quiet, well-lit area. Nice restaurants nearby. Hafsa & Zuhair were good hosts who helped organize excellent transfers and trips, and provided good advice

Cons: Of our five day stay, on two days we suffered cold showers. Of the three Riads we stayed, this was the only one which did not provide complimentary water bottles.

Pros: I’ve travelled to quite a lot of different hotels and air bnbs all over, and this one definitely topped the list in terms of cleanliness. The staff (Hafsa, Abdul, Nadia, khadijah) were all very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my 7 month old who was on bottle feed and the staff (especially Abdul) were very helpful in boiling water for baby feeds, no matter what time of day. Hafsa was great at pointing out places to go and kindly booed lovely hammam and spa day for me and my husband.

Cons: I wish there was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room so that I didn’t have to go to the kitchen every time. Even though it was easily accessible.

We were looked after and nothing too much trouble. Very clean and a great position

Pros: Warm welcome from a private transfer from the airport to the road and mint tea and pastries

Pros: We had a wonderful vacation at Riad Thoufa! The riad itself is very photogenic; we took the most beautiful photos there! The room was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace where we could relax on a deck chair or read a book or play a game in the armchairs. The staff are super friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. We also had dinner at the riad once, which we highly recommend! Perfect location to relax away from the busy city center!
