Kind and helpful staff - the stars of this Riad.

Pros: Location is great, breakfast is lovely but it is the staff who are the stars of this Riad. Abdellah, Bushra and Hassan are the best - kind, respectful and so helpful.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at Riad Assalam. The location is perfect, close to major attractions, and the riad itself is very calm and relaxing. Special thanks to Abdullah for his warm hospitality and professional service, and to Bouchra for the outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very authentic Moroccan experience staying at Riad Assalam. I would stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was served with lovely Moroccan breads, honey, yogurt and omelette. Loved having mint tea with Fakkas in the courtyard. Room was cosy and charming. Beautiful decor at Riad Assalam. Special mention to Imad who was friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons: Room was warm due to heater but rest of Riad is not heated so during my stay in December was cold. There was a lit fire at breakfast though which was lovely.

Pros: A lovely riad at a perfect location in Marrakech close to everything by foot.the room was spacious,clean and the breakfast very nice.the staff was kind, helpful with everything we asked and available all time..totally recommended!

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. They did everything to make us comfortable. The Riad is very nice. And you can see the city from the rooftop. Lovely place for a starting point to discover Marakesh old town.

Cons: In december, it was a little bit cold at night in the rooms. But it was as expected.

Pros: Very nice and calm host. He helped us with what to visit and gave us an early breakfast before our morning trip.

Pros: Breakfast was served pretty much on request - we had a few tours booked that left really early in the morning - not a problem to the excellent staff who prepared it for us regardless. Fantastic service.

Cons: The property is old and being in the Medina means a short walk to get transport options. This is not a criticism, merely an observation.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful Riad in a quiet, safe feeling and peaceful part of the Medina, but also, it turned out, pretty convenient. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We had a beautiful room - with lovely Arabian decor, but with a very quiet air conditioning unit!! The breakfasts were great. Everything was perfect - although there was a 6am prayer session very nearby on just one of the days that we stayed.

The best stay

Pros: Everything was great. The staff were amazing, providing information and recommendations. Madam Bouchra was most lovely, even before our arrival. She prepared great breakfast everyday, and kept the property impeccable at all times. The architecture of the property is a pleasure to the eyes, and the location is right in the center of the city, near all main attractions. Highly recommend!
