Lovely staff, good location

Pros: Really clean, lovely staff. Very accomodating. Very good location once we finally found the place. The alleyways are a bit confusing at first. The breakfast was perfect, very cute and made with love.

Cons: Not sure what happened but the shower ran out of hot water one of the nights. This happened whilst using the shower, which was not ideal. The staff on shift was very helpful and did all he could but we could not fix the issue. He offered us to use a different shower in the Riad which was nice. He handled it as best he could

Pros: Location was great, nice and quiet although in a central area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the night manager. He was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was really nice and the food was also tasty.

Beautiful riad in a quiet location

Pros: Very clean, beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast was outstanding. Kind and communicative staff. I thought the location was good too, not exactly in the Medina but extremely close, hence it was quiet and peaceful

Cons: Nothing to mention especially but perhaps some small renovations are in order in the roof top pool area, but that’s minor

For us, it was the perfect location for our two days in Marrakesh.

Pros: Lovely, quiet location, yet very close to the busy streets of the Medina — an oasis in the city. The staff were very friendly. We especially enjoyed the rooftop; having breakfast up there was definitely a highlight.

Cons: The rooms are all decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, which is very charming. However, due to the design of the lighting, the room was a bit dim. Still, it creates a quiet and romantic ambiance, which we really appreciated.

A perfect gem.in the heart of the Kasbah.

Pros: The staff made our stay perfect. They are kind, attentive, friendly and welcoming. The Riad was lovely, small and personal. A real place of tranquility after a day out in hustle and bustle of marrakech. The breakfasts were very generous and superb as were the dinners. All local produce prepared in house. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious and well equipped with a very comfy bed. The roof top terrace and plunge pool were amazing and definitely a must when the temperatures are in the mid 30s to.40. We used the Riad airport transfer service which was efficient and quick and our host gave us plenty of local tips on where to go and whee not to go! We would definitely recommend Riad Louhou and would come back again.

Cons: Nothing. Not 1 thing we could fault with the whole set up. Was a perfect break.

Great Riad with peaceful atmosphere

Pros: The property is very quiet and relaxing and it is a great break from the very busy medina. The breakfast is fantastic and facilities are good for a few nights in Marrakech. The staff is incredibly helpful and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons: The rooms are quite small but I think this is normal in Marrakesh, we had the standard room but if you want more space I would book the higher price ones as they looked more spatious.

Pros: Wonderful riad, excellent quality, furnished simply and beautifully. From the moment we walked in from a very long day of travel from the desert we relaxed in this welcoming, tranquil and comfortable riad. It also was fragranced with the wonderful scent of cactus throughout the communal areas. The staff Azdein, Aja and Hakim were so very kind. A number of thoughtful touches, offers of help and fantastic customer service really meant a lot to us. We had 2 standard rooms, both were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Showers were powerful, bed large and comfortable, plenty of hangars, powerful hairdryer, water and a selection of sweet treats were also provided, such a nice touch. We had just a one night stay, wish it was longer. I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Cons: Everything was wonderful. If I could suggest one improvement, I would like the riad to add more bathroom products

A perfect one-night stay at Riad Louhou

Pros: We only stayed one night, but it was such a lovely experience! Everything was new, super clean, and tastefully minimalist. The place smelled amazing, and every little detail made us feel comfortable — from the soft sheets to the generous stack of towels. The staff were so kind and even served us breakfast earlier because we had to catch a flight., We wish we could’ve stayed longer!
