Riad Mandalay

Pros: Beautiful AUTHENTIC Riad. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Wouldn't be suitable for young children, as it's located in the heart of the Medina. The food was great too.

Fab value for money

Pros: Staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. We went for our 10 year anniversary and the staff surprised us with a cake and sang to us. We had breakfast included in our stay which was really nice. Rooms were cleaned every day. Location was good, just a little walk from the main Medina square.

Cons: First night we were put in a small room and the shower didn't work properly but we were moved into another room for the rest of our stay and had no issues with that one. Advertised with a spa however there isn't one anymore. Staff recommended one just round the corner though which was lovely.

Séjour chaleureux et convivial

Pros: Riad vraiment charmant. Les premiers contacts avec Saïd très rassurant et agréable, un accueil ultra sympathique par Iheb qui se pli en quatre pour rendre agréable et facile votre séjour, Abdoul toujours souriant qui adore les enfants et qui a toujours le petit mot pour vous faire sourire. Sans oublier les petites mains très discrète et efficaces. Une équipe au top! Le petit déjeuner me manque déjà... copieux et délicieux il vous permet d'aller découvrir les alentours sans fringale! Je recommande vivement. Un grand merci à toute l'equipe du riad mandalay

Riad charmant avec un personnel attentionné.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce riad authentique et plein de charme, calme et très bien situé. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits toujours souriant et disponible pour aider ou conseiller (Iheb, Abdou et Fatima). Les chambres sont corrects et plutôt confortables, décorées simplement mais typiques du pays. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux.

Cons: La piscine n’était pas vraiment praticable lors de notre séjour, mais cela n’a rien gâché l’agréable ambiance du riad et la qualité de l’accueil.

Pros: Le personnel est super et très gentil ! Le riad est vraiment très jolie, on y a bien mangé. C'est bien situé. Les enfants s'y sont bien plu

Cons: Nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi à cause d'une autre cliente qui fêtait son anniversaire jusqu'à très tard, c'était très bruyant et nous devions nous lever tôt pour une excursion le lendemain.

Pros: Pomocny personel. Super lokalizacja- blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji.

Ne pas oublier le très bon rapport qualité prix, pour notre part c’est notre deuxième séjour dans se Riad et j’y retourn

Pros: Emplacement au top, rapport qualité prix au top personnel au petit soins et demi pension excellente (repas copieux avec des produits frais.

Cons: Mobilier un peu vétuste si je puis dire.

Pros: El trato del personal estupendo y muy amigable. Con piscina para refrescarse. En la medina, zona tranquila y cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. Habitación grande con un baño aún más grande. Aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Cons: Algunas instalaciones como la ducha y algún colchón necesitaban un poco de mantenimiento.
