Pros: The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very polite and attentive! I highly recommend it! Everything is great! Please note: there is no elevator, but that wasn't a problem for us!

A place to come back

Pros: The staff was super friendly and always willing to help and make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast complete and yummy (having it on the terrace is a very nice way to start the day) and the room was very clean and with everything you could need.

Pros: Great location , staff helpful. Room was clean and ideal. The breakfast on the terrace was a huge bonus we weren't expecting and very tasty

Pros: The staff get 5 stars, Azddin made our stay very good experience. We arrived late from trip, he welcomed us with fresh hot mint tea. The breakfast was freshly prepared; when we arrived at the table, only they cooked it, just in a short time, the hot food was served. Great job!! Family room is spacious and clean. The location is good, feel safe and short walk to the town.

Overall Excellent…

Pros: Adzzine was a fantastic host. It was in a good location if you want to be close to Jemaa El Fnaa Square. Breakfast was great too.

Cons: Our bed was made once on our 4 day duration but we always had clean towels.

Almost perfect but for the daylight bulb in the corridor that shines into the bedroom at night

Pros: Almost everything was absolutely perfect- helpful staff, great breakfast, good facilities and a good location. Card machine was glitchy but the staff were patient and happy to wait a couple of days for it to work after I said I preferred to pay this way rather than cash.

Cons: Room 5 has a skylight above the door, opposite which, in the hallway, is a daylight bulb that lights up the whole bedroom when switched on by other guests during the night. I had to hang up shirts on coat hangers from the frame of the skylight to try to block this out as it awoke me repeatedly every night. I see that other guests have reported the same issue. A real shame this as it is the only fault I can find with Dar Yasser - but it really did affect my sleep and, therefore, the rating.

Great location

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. We had the family room which had two rooms- it was more or less a mini apartment. Highly recommend.

Cons: Bathroom was adequate.

Pros: I like it as it is closed to the main town and the dropping point where we were got picked up for a tourist tour. Special mention to Azzddine for making our stay exceptional! he is very accommodating and hospitable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He even gave us a present before checking out. No one has ever done that to us! Kudos to Azzddine! He deserves to be promoted if there’s any higher position available!
