Pros: The room was spacious and had a huge terrace. The grounds were beautiful, although it was not tourist season and the swimming pool was not heated (so it was cold). At breakfast, they served a mixed juice made of banana and pineapple, and it was delicious.

Cons: The bathtub was sealed (out of order). It took a long time to get the hot water running (a good 3–5 minutes), and it switched to cold in the middle of the shower. The water pressure was also inconsistent.

Excellent and caring staff, true Maghrebi culture cuisine and jgrebi

Pros: Loved the Moroccan cuisine, the tajine. Loved the staff, their caring, serving and being true to their Maghrebi culture and hospitality. And they aren't intrusive nor bring their moods to the workplace, excellent service right up to getting the log fire started for you...

Cons: 1) Breakfast menu options are very limited for Westerners as breakfast is the big meal for most of them. Please consider offering an additional European/ Continental menu option for breakfast.. that would be great for European visitors. Maybe even an Arabic breakfast menu... You fo get lots of Middle Eastern visitors? 2) Spa, Sauna, Hot Room and Cosmetic facilities are available only afar in the town centre. Needs cab transport. Make them available locally at the hotel as some people may love pampering without traveling far

Know your exchange rate and what's expected before you arrive

Pros: The staff was very friendly it was clean and enjoyable

Cons: I gave the female receptionist 200MAD for the city tax which i was 1 person staying for 3 nights which should have been a Total of €7•50 at €2.50 per night which works out at 78.54 MAD she gave me 20MAD change and told me this was right i wasn't sure on the exchange rate until I checked when I got home so she kept the extra 102MAD. The food was lovely however your limited on choice they seemed to be out of stock of most things

Fabulous stay

Pros: Lovely place, beautiful garden full of bird song. Super pool. Staff very helpful. Food delicious

A perfect peacfull palace

Pros: A lovely peaceful place. The staff are exceptional and do the place a great service. The breakfast was a nice variety a perfect start to the day. Would definitely come back

Gorgeous pool, a relaxing few days

Pros: I stayed in a double room, Berber, which was as ground level with a terrace onto the pool. Very simple and spacious and comfortable. Pool and surroundings are lovely.

Cons: The hotel is isolated and we didn’t have a car do found the food menu limited. It’s the same menu for lunch and dinner.

Fantastic stay

Pros: We had an excellent stay. The accomodation was clean, very spacious, and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great garden and very quiet and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

Pros: Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed each one. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, conveniently close to Marrakesh with easy hotel-taxi service, but still in a quiet spot out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredible - very attentive and friendly. One review mentioned a lack of English-speaking skills, however we did not find this to be the case whatsoever. The food was lovely; we chose to eat in the hotel several times.
