Riad Bab Nour

Wonderful.

Pros: I liked everything from the friendly staff to the amazing breakfast on the roof terrace and the perfect location!

Cons: Can't think of anything to not like

Pros: If I could I would give the Riad Bab Nour 11/10. The people there were so kind and helpful, I have never met such kind hospitality before. The Riad was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the location was the best. 2mins from Jemma el-Fnaa and the souks. If has security cameras and we felt very safe the whole time in and outside of the Riad. I really really recommend it to everyone. Only recommendation is to upgrade the bedding and the towels.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: The property was lovely and authentic, facilities were basic but it was what we expected. We wanted to experience more than just a generic hotel. The location was fantastic very close to Jemma El Fna, the main square in the medina. It was in a little side street off what felt like one-off the busiest streets in the Medina but so quiet once in the riad. What made the stay exceptional were the staff. Honestly the nicest, friendliest we have ever come across. We had one early start for a balloon trip and we said we didn't want breakfast but they insisted we ate before we went. They could not do enough for you

Cons: These aren't criticisms but just for people to be aware. We were on around floor but there are steep steps to other floors and the lovely roof top area. The bedrooms are around central interior courtyard and it is an an older building so no sound proofing but neither of these were an issue for us.

Quiet Sanctuary with Breath-taking Dawn Views

Pros: I had a great experience at Riad Bab Nour. Its location is its greatest asset: centrally located near Jemaa el-Fna and the souks, yet tucked away in a quiet setting that feels worlds apart from the noise. The Highlights: The Rooftop View: Though we didn't have breakfast up there, the terrace is a must-visit at dawn. The views of the city landscape and the Atlas Mountains with their snowy peaks are absolutely stunning. Service & Food: The staff is professional and very friendly. We looked forward to breakfast every morning—it was generous, varied, and featured delicious local specialities. Cleanliness: The interiors are spotless and very well-maintained with thorough daily housekeeping. A Note on Rooms: If you're travelling with a group or prefer more space, I highly recommend the family units. They are quite spacious, whereas the standard rooms can feel a bit cramped.

Perfect choice for Marrakesh, I would recommend definitely

Pros: The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast was lovely, the rooftop and my room (Marrakesh Suite). The location is perfect, and the service of the staff is excellent.

Cons: All was perfect.

Pros: The location was great, really close to everything and the hustle and bustle of the medina. Our room was lovely on the first floor. Lovely rooftop area to sit with views of rooftops and atlas mountain, The staff were lovely. We had a very early start on our departure morning and the night porter prepared us breakfast. He was super sweet.

Cons: Nothing I was really happy with it.

Pros: We’ve booked a room and ended up being a bit smaller for our taste but upon request they’ve accommodated us with another room at no extra cost which was great! The staff was absolutely fantastic, special mention to Ismail I believe was his name… always smiling. All in all I’d stay there again.

Pros: It was beautiful, good location, pleasant welcoming by staff

Cons: Room was small, the bathroom wasn’t separated by the room, so if you made a shower the whole room was full with steam. Also breakfast was poor, 1 egg, 3 pancakes for 2 persons, with some honey, jelly and peanut butter, 2 ness coffees, 2 juices (not natural) and 2 yoghurts…was expecting for more when I read “fabulous breakfast” on the booking.

Pros: Friendly stuff, good breakfast. Very good location.

Cons: Room was quite small and pretty noisy if someone was spending time in the lobby. We were on the first floor and windows opening to the lobby.
