Great place to stay with a great location

Pros: -Amazing location -We met the owner's son and daughter, they were both really kind and helpful -well equipped rooms (towels, shower gel, hairdryer) -Very clean rooms and bathroom (it is cleaned daily) -The roof terrace is great place to relax - Breakfast is a great option Support this local, family owned business, instead of the big Hotel brands.

Cons: The rooms were maybe on the smaller side, however they were more than enough for our 5 night stay.

Wonderfull stay

Pros: Simon the owner is so friendly and helpfull. He gave us his mobile so we could reach out when we needed anything. He also gave us many tips on what to do and see and where to eat. The room was on the ground floor which was excellent for me because there are stairs and we had heating which was nice as sometimes it was cold in the evenings (february). The location is absolutely unbeatable, so close to the shops, restaurants and the big square (Djemaa el Fna). It is right in the medina but it is suprisingly calm.

Cons: Nothing, excellent value for money.

Pros: We had a lovely time at Simon's. Simons is such an amazingly nice host and all the staff was very nice too. Sisi, the cat, sooo cute, and friendly. The riad has a real charming atmosphere, down to small details, like the bathroom sink, the doors and windows, chairs lamps. We could have a nice ambient light in the evening with the moroccan lamps. Huge and very comfy bed. There was hot water and the aircon provided enough heating, when we needed it one night. We had breakfast too which was plentiful, delicious and it was served so politely. I can only recommend the place.

Cons: The location is very central, it was just too busy for my liking, the walking alley, and there was some smell that you would get in any inner city apartment anywhere.

Pros: Top location, if you want the full Medina experience. Just a little walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. The atmosphere outside is vibrant but inside is somehow calm and relaxing. Mr. Simon is a great host. Responsive and reliable, , he makes his guests feel at home. The room itself is ok. Immaculate Wi-Fi connection, decent breakfast. I would definitely come back here.

Pros: This really is such a peaceful hideaway from the bustling streets of the medina. The pictures don't really do it justice. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, warm even in winter and cosy. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast on a terrace. Perfect stay.

Pros: Our short stay here was very nice. The owner waited for us outside in the cold at 2am and we went straight to the room as we were tired. Great location and staff. Very nice breakfast

Great Stay in the Marrakech Centre

Pros: Simon is a lovely host. The location is right in the centre of the souk. The room and facilities are great. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons: As it is in the centre of the souk, during peak period, cars will not be able to get near to the accommodation. For those people with big luggages, this may be an issue.
