Lovely Riad in Marrakech city center

Pros: Riad Dialna is perfect for your stay. The staff is kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The breakfast is delicious and great to fetch energy for the whole day. Thank you!

We liked this place!

Pros: The riad was in a perfect location, right in the heart of the Medina. Everything was easily reachable on foot. You are in the very center of the market and the action, yet the riad itself is peaceful and quiet — the best of both worlds. Nice breakfast! Very nice personel!

Pros: Lovely Riad in the middle of the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. So accessible to all the resturants and the amazing market. Staff were super helpful and made the best Tea. We will definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Pros: It is beautiful. It was an oasis of calm amid the exuberance of the surrounding medina.

Cons: It was December so the open area was cold to sit in.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The riad is very beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We had some issues with our room, especially with the sink drain and a sewer smell coming from the shower, but Hamsa was quick to change our room, incredibly kind, and attentive and available for any need—a truly great guy. We did have some communication issues with the day girl, because she only speaks French. But overall, we had a great time; all the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful Riad but communication needs improving

Pros: The Riad is beautiful with a small jacuzzi plunge pool at the ground floor which I didn't use as it is still rather cold. There is a connected Riad as part of the same hotel, which is less beautiful as this main one. But both well clean with nice vibes. The location is wonderful, many choices of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes walk to he

Cons: I received no reply for 4 days about airport transfer. Eventually they sent a message to say they have booked it. But by the time I have booked my own, yet they went ahead. I had to ask my taxi driver to call their taxi driver to cancel it. it was a bit of a mess with their communication through booking.com.
