Riad Home Zemrane

Pros: The property was very spacious and clean and not to mention the views from the rooftop were amazing. Hitcham was also very helpful snd friendly. The excursion organised by the riad to Ourika Valley was also very very good. Overall a great experience.

Marrakesh and The Riad are great places to visit

Pros: It is in an excellent position in the Medina the staff are very attentive and the showers were amazing

A super experience, would most definitely stay again. Hosts were great.

Pros: Super 'hidden gem'. A paradise of calm and peace, in the busyness of the Medina. Easy to find, and super communication from hosts via What's App. Roof terrace was amazing, but I suppose you wouldn't be able to use it in the height of the summer, when baking hot (would need some shade). There were other shaded outside parts though.

Cons: To be honest, there wasn't anything, other than that it would have been helpful to have one than 1 set of keys, due to being a group who often did different things, and then it was bit of a hassle, organsing to leave / collect keys / be let in.

Authentic, welcoming, and perfectly located

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Home Zemrane. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet corner of the Medina, yet just a short walk from the souks and main attractions. The atmosphere is calm and authentic, with charming traditional touches throughout the riad. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with directions, restaurants, and recommendations. We especially appreciated the helpful welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a real highlight—freshly prepared and served with care. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing the ideal retreat after a day exploring Marrakech. We also felt very safe and well taken care of, which was important since we were traveling as a group including a teenager.

Best choice to stay in Marrakech

Spacious and comfortable Riad for getting the real feeling of Marrakech

Pros: I was staying in the riad with 4 friends and we had a great experience. Riad is very spacious and we felt really comfortable staying in it. Beds were very comfortable, place had a nice sunny terrace and location was great (quiet place despite being located in the Medina).

Cons: Sometimes communication with the local host wasn't great because of the language barrier, but he surpassed it with his kindness and friendliness.

It was fantastic and Paolo is an amazing host and tour guide.

Pros: The place is wonderful, decorated with taste, with a lot of small details that created special atmosphere. An amazing terrace is also a great place to spend time. The location is fantastic, in Medina and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Pros: Incredible accommodation, exceeded expectations. The roof terrace was a highlight and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer

Spacy and renovated property in good location

Pros: The property is spacy, new and furniture are comfortable. Location is good, in the center of medina and walkable distance to major seightseeing. However please remember that taxi can’t come to narrow street, there is about 500m walking. Keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggages. Sure there are people ready to help carrying your luggages with cost, we had only hand luggage so we managed ourselves.

Cons: Staff were friendly. Only minus is that according to the booking the checkout time is 10:30, but the staff arrived already before 9:00 trying to evade us. We didn’t agree to checkout earlier. Also the cost for additional person was too high, 14 years old teenager who didn’t required any additional arrangement had to pay extra 40euros per night. Without these two things this would have been 10 points stay

Super stay in great location. A clean and chic Riad.

Pros: The hanging cargo net over the stairs was fantastic for my boys who love hanging out there. I loved doing yoga on the roof top.

Cons: Lighting in the kitchen area wasn’t the brightest.
