Riad 1954

Overall, I can warmly recommend this place, and I would be happy to come back.

Pros: If you want to be close to the Medina and the bustling center, it is an excellent choice. There is 24/7 somebody on the premises. Staff is very nice and welcoming, we got some ta and some pastry in the morning. There is an ATM right beside the place in the bakery, but watch out, there are high fees for getting cash. Better look for a bank or the Post office for such transactions. The place was very good value for the price we paid. There were 2 of us, but the place can easily welcome a family. or even 2 couples.

Cons: The bathroom is, different from what I would expect, as you have to walk through the shower in order to use the toilet, and the kitchen is rather for storing food than cooking. And the floor will remain wet so you'd better wear slippers when you go in.

Pros: The hosts were excellent, they went above and beyond our expectations, were helpful with everything, they were very reliable and extremly kind. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Rooms are big, had a lot of space

Cons: It was a bit noisy, and the shower was strange at first but we got used to it :)

A very pleasant stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Amine and the other boy are the best hosts l've ever met! They were super friendly and helpful, always kind and helped us a lot during our stay in every way they possibly could. Everything was super clean and every morning they bought us a delicious mint tea and some fresh croissants. I strongly recommend the appartment and l will be back for sure! Thank you so much for our stay.

Cons: Rien!

Pros: Mohammed assisted our stay very supportively and he made sure that we have a great time in Marrakech, such as offering a lovely breakfast in our convenience or showing us the activity meeting up points, etc. His welcome tea was actually the best tea in our whole visit!!

Comfortable base

Pros: The central location was perfect for me, making it easy to visit what I wanted to see on foot. The downside was lots of activity and noise, but this only bothered me once. The apartment I was in was very spacious for the price, and the bed was comfortable. Though not glamorous or modern, I really appreciated what I took to be authentic and non-pretentious. I was made to feel welcome by the staff, and they were always on hand and willing to help or advise when required. I enjoyed my stay for the convenience of the location, level of comfort, and for the staff who were friendly, polite, helpful, and proactive.

Cons: I felt like a burden ringing the doorbell to be let in the building, but that's just me. Whilst I would not say that the apartment was dirty, I would say that there is some repair needed, particularly in the bathroom.

Pros: Everything was great, Mohammed was a great host went far and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great family apartment with all you need in a Prime location

Pros: Good location, great size apartment. 20min walk ground to main Sqaure. Good cafes/restaurants nearby

Cons: The only thing that let us down was cleanliness. A lot of dust around but overall not really an issue for what your paying for and the location.

Pros: Our stay at Riad 1954 was absolutely successful. Clean and attention to detail in Moroccan style rooms. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning and heating works. Big thanks Reda - a wonderful person. We recommend staying.

Pros: There are specious and nice apartments in Riad 1954 each with separate kitchen, dining room and bedroom . Excellent location! Very nice hosts.

Cons: Shower combined with toilettes.
