Very nice Villa in a quiet area

Pros: Very nice house and garden. As described in previous reviews the location is in a developing area so no shops or restaurants very close, you need to plan ahead for grocery shopping, but you also get a very calm and quiet hose after city trips. We got recommended by our host Ahmed to use InDrive for transportation and that was very effective and cheap. Ahmed was very nice and responsive and a big praise to the very nice older gentleman, Mbarek, that was keeping us safe and the outside property spotless and clean. Overall very happy with the house and just a few simple details fixed would bring it up to a perfect 10 score.

Cons: Small details regarding cleaning, shower bottoms, glass surfaces. Lack of utensils in the kitchen (Ahmed brought more cutlery after request), no chef knifes and no toaster, dishwasher was broken but they did try to fix it so hopefully will be done for the next guests. Hand/face towels were brought after requesting it.

Magnifique

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa magnifique ! La décoration est moderne et de très bon goût, l’emplacement est idéal, et tout est pensé pour un confort maximal. Chaque élément nécessaire était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances réussies !

Cons: Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée.

Pros: I liked that there was a mini water fall and the rooms were big and there was alot of space and nature. The swimming pool was relaxing and vibrant and me and my family had alot of fun.

Cons: The location was hard to find, we couldn’t order food online because it was a new area. Without a car is hard to go around. The shower hot water was not running on the first day. Not place to put soap in the bathroom. Although we pay for breakfast, we have to pay extra money for the lady who was making the breakfast.

Die Villa liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen und sicheren Gegend mit geräumigen Zimmern und einer tollen Außenanlage.

Pros: Sehr schöne Villa, mit schöner Außenanlage. Sehr geräumige große Zimmer. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Villengegend ist sicher, da nur Bewohner dieser Gegend rein fahren können. (Eine Schranke mit Sicherheitspersonal). Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet damit war alles schnell für uns erreichbar. 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein leckeres Restaurant (Atlas Cherifia by Frikiss) und mehrere kleinere Shops.

Cons: Ein Mietauto ist meiner Meinung nach zwingend notwendig. Der Standort ist ca 10 Minuten vom Flughafen, und ca 10 Minuten vom Zentrum, entfernt. Wer es also ruhiger mag, ist dies genau richtig.
