Riad familiale à Marrakech

Pros: Riad Familiale is a fantastic place to stay in Marrakech. The location is excellent—right next to plenty of shops and restaurants. The riad itself is large, extremely clean and very well kept which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Communication with the owner was also great: friendly, responsive and helpful from start to finish. We would highly recommend this riad and would happily stay here again.

Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a family with kids or a group of people.

Pros: The location is wonderful. It is based in the Tourist Village which is very safe. There are restaruants seconds away from the Riad, and all for a really affordable price compared to the Centre of Marrakesh. The rooms were all spacious, and the living room area very open. The host Abdulateef was very welcoming and lovely host. Beds were very cosy.

Cons: Due to the cold winter weather, it was a bit difficult to keep warm. The AC helped slightly but it's better to wrap up in comfortable clothing. The hot water in the shower may take a while to come if more than one person is showering at the same time.

Pros: It made us feel like home, very comfortable and easy access to the city.

Brilliant stay - thank you

Pros: Property was great, all facilites great. Set in a gated community with shops, restaurants and a multi pool area. It was 20 to 30 mins walk to the main square through exciting streets with street food and local people living life so you can see proper local culture not just tourist area. Would definately stay here again. The host was very friendly and helpful with good advice. Well worth getting a local sim card 2-5 euros so you can use google maps for walking directions etc.

Excellent Stay in Marrakech.

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and what really made my holiday stand out was the fantastic service from the host. They were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, close to Medina city, so it was easy to explore. Highly recommend.

Cons: The fridge and microwave facilities were a bit worn out, the microwave wasn't in the best condition. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Pros: This was a complete house we stayed in (3 bedrooms -kitchen/lounge and sun roof) with access to swimming pool - this whole area had gated security and 4 separate places to eat plus some general shops. From hotel you can walk to the centre in approx 25 minutes or you can take taxi (waiting just outside hotel). As this is a gated complex it is very peaceful. Hotel had given us a local map it helped us to get directions when seeing the main attractions From airport to get to this hotel Taxi was 15 Euros (150 dirham which seems to be a fixed rate Oct2024 in Marrakech)

Cons: Toilets had toilet rolls but no soap - this was not a big issue as we did take our own toileteries/shampoo etc (there are two general shops just across the road which can sell you general items)

Spatious riad close to the Marrakech medina.

Pros: Spatious 3-floor riad with 3 bedrooms (each one with its own bathroom) and a rooftop terrace. Open staircase in the center of the whole appartment. Nice guarded neighbourhood with restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the medina. Friendly and welcoming host.

Cons: Water leaking from one toilet.

Lloc tranquil en una ciutat moguda

Pros: La ubicació és perfecte. Fora del soroll i de la gent de la medina. Però prou a prop per anar-hi a peu. El lloc ampli, net i ben cuidat. Les habitacions són grans amb bany a cadascuna d'elles. Cuina i zona per menjar alguna cosa. L'amfitrió és molt amable, ens va venir a recollir a l'entrada, ens va explicar el funcionament de tot. Gràcies!

Descans i desconnexió

Pros: L'amabilitat de l'amfitrio, ens ha posat un piló de facilitats de forma amable. El lloc és bonic, net, ampli i acollidor.

Riad grande y limpio

Pros: Es una casa entera, 3 pisos, Riad tradicional muy grande. Limpio, Buenos colchones y almohadas. Limpio. Dueño accesible y atento. Es una urbanización cerrada con varios restaurantes, tiendas para lo básico y una mezquita. Muy bonito

Cons: En diciembre necesita más calefacción en planta baja, no sé calienta con el Split de aire que tiene, hacia frío. Resto de habitaciones buen calor. Baños muy básicos pero correctos. Se puede ir andando al centro a través de la medina, son 2km. En general nos gustó mucho
