A very comfortable and beautiful riad.

Pros: The Riyadh is beautiful, in a very nice area, it is very safe and has all services very close. Whether you want to buy water or cut your hair There are quite a few cafes around and quite nice people. The deal was 10. I highly recommend it and we will come back whenever we go to Marrakech.

Very nice stay! the house was very spacious, close enought to the medina (20min walk).

Pros: The place was very spacious and the living was really nice. It is in a gated community and has restaurants inside.

Cons: In the winter the rooms get really cold and the heaters were not very effective.

Pros: The contact was very helpful, the rias self was way more spacious than expected and the price compared to the quality is unbelievable

Pros: Great price and a very friendly host! The bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it’s a great place, especially for a large group.

Pros: Location and size of property were perfect for a group of 6 lovely roof terrace and 4 bathrooms and really clean host was excellent

Pros: Wonderful apartment, big and clean, with a spectacular roof terrace. The complex is very beautiful, safe and convenient, pool is big. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for people who are traveling by car, because you can leave your car there and walk to the city on foot.

Cons: Some of the mattresses are quite hard.

Pros: Great property. Lovely decor - a mixture of modernity and traditional taste. Prompt communication. Convenient location. Very good facilities within the Riad as well as in the 'tourist village' where the Road is located. 10/10

Pros: Specious riad with rooftop terrace in quiet and safe location, within walking distance from Medina. Plenty of convenience stores and cafes around.

Cons: The WIFI is quite slow when multiple devices are connected.

We will use the riad again

Pros: The riad is a huge Marrocan style house (vertically place over 4 floors), ideal to up to 6 persons. Good beds, decent bathrooms (2 + guest wc). No breakfast included, but small food shops and restaurants some 50-100m away. Safe area, no traffic, loads of space, terrace on the top (for smokers). Very nice host, Amin, speaks good English. Very good value for money, especially if you are 2 couples (each bedroom with a bath). Nice to know there are pools available, but we did not use them 😀. The kitchen has fridge and all other equipment you might need for breakfast. Clean, good towels.

Cons: If you do not like walking, you need transportation to the most important attractions (min 70 dirhams), taxis wait by the gate all the time. The riad is not build perfectly, but for our use was ok, we felt the Marrocan style of leaving. This is not a hotel, so no cleaning during stay.

Pros: Very spacious and large tipical riad. Clean and well furnished. Nice rooftop to have breakfast! Safety zone in Marrakesh!
