Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Dilia. It was very beautiful and accessible. The location was convenient, about a 12 minute ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to find great places to eat. We also felt very safe during our stay, including when coming back late at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Cons: While the riad was beautiful overall, it definitely needs more maintenance. We stayed there in December, and it was very cold. Although each room was equipped with an AC unit, they were outdated and not sufficient to keep the rooms warm during the cold nights, so we felt quite uncomfortable. For this reason, I would not highly recommend the riad for a winter stay. Additionally, the owner only provided two rolls of toilet paper per room and did not supply more, which was not sufficient for a six-day stay with six people. Aside from these issues, the riad itself was amazing and had a lot of charm.

Pros: Loved how spacious the property was and its location was perfect. It is in a quiet complex with lots of cafes/ restaurants to visit. It was a 15 minute taxi ride to the central market or a 40 minute walk.
Cons: the property was very difficult to find upon arrival but the locals were very helpful and the owner came and found us to show us the way to the riad.

Spokojna okolica blisko mediny
Pros: Bardzo miła Pani Gospodyni, która na powitanie przygotowała dla nas świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy. Spokojna, cicha okolica. Piękne wnętrza. Pokochałam taras na dachu, gdzie wieczorami piliśmy marokańska herbatę słuchając odgłosów z pobliskiego meczetu. W okolicy sklepiki i restauracje.

Fijn huis op goede locatie
Pros: Het lag op een geweldige locatie, je loopt zo de binnenstad in. Het is groot, schoon en Delfine is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is optioneel. De locatie ligt rustig in een beveiligde zone.
Cons: De riad kan er niets aan doen, maar het was soms redelijk koud vanwege de lage nachttemperatuur in januari. Verwarming met airco en kacheltjes. Delfine leeft ook in het huis, dit had ik niet verwacht. Wij vonden het geheel niet erg, en hebben er totaal geen last van gehad. Maar als je denkt een heel huis voor jezelf te hebben houdt hier dan rekening mee.

Heerlijk verblijf in een top locatie
Pros: Ligging van de locatie, veilige omgeving, schoon appartement, aardige mensen, goede communicatie.
Cons: Douche koppen konden maar bij een douche opgehangen worden. En ook in die douche kon hij niet goed opgehangen worden. Douchen was daardoor niet fijn.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Delphine war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt. Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig.
Cons: Das Duschwasser hätte etwas heißer sein können.

Pros: Un vrai coup de cœur ❤️ ! Riad magnifique, calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’accueil était exceptionnel et la personnel qui gère le riad étais très accueillante. Un lieu plein de charme au cœur de Marrakech je recommande vivement !

Superbe
Pros: Tout etait parfait. Un accueil chaleureux dans un endroit charmant et tres bien situé pour visiter. L endroit est tres bien decore, il ne manque rien. Petits commerces dans le lotissement et place de parking sont un plus. Je conseil vivement cet endroit a cent pour cent et nous avons decide d y revenir tres bientot.
Cons: Tout est parfait.
