Riad with 3 Swimming Pools

10/10 perfect Riad

Pros: Beautiful Riad - the photos just don't even do it justice! Lovely and clean, great pool, lovely calm area, fantastic for the price

Cons: The sunbeds needed replacing

I would recommend this for groups, you have cafes, restaurants, atm and a pharmacy inside the villa. We met a very kind

Pros: The property is equipped with basic necessities, there are cafes nearby, shops and pharmacy inside the villa which is very convenient. The host was very accommodating and responds to our concerns immediately.

Cons: A bit of a distance from tourist attractions, although we booked for a taxi to take us around who was very kind and friendly.

Pros: The Riad was lovely and spacious, each room had an en suite and air conditioner. Located reasonably close to the medina/center (50-100 MAD taxi). The area is gated so only approved traffic is allowed in which limits the free flow of cars and motorbikes reducing pollution and noise. A few local cafes and shops where you can buy essentials (eggs, water, fruit etc). Taxi drivers are usually waiting at the gate so it's easy to go anywhere. Many cats and kittens in the local area which my kids enjoyed.

Cons: The floors were a little dirty so we wore shoes inside. The lighting in the Riad is very dark so it's hard to read a book or cook in the kitchen. The pools are not heated so were quite cold even in 29 degree heat. It was quite noisy at night, the local cafe had their television blaring late into the night. We also had neighbors making noise through the night. The food at the local cafes was pretty bad so we needed to get a taxi to dinner every night.

Perfect accommodation in a friendly area with pools, cafe and shops. Lovely roof terrace.

Pros: Beautiful house, beautifully laid with roof terrace. All rooms ensuite. Supermarkets, shops and a range of cafes within residence area. Great pool. You need to take your security slip from arrival and a card to get in.

Amazing stay and value for money

Pros: Gorgeous spacious Riad. 5 middle age ladies had a fabulous time. Felt very safe, shops and cafes just a few metres away. ATM on site. Easy to get taxis and picked up for trips. Area is like a tourist village. Lovely pools and very friendly people. Had breakfast served in our Riad.

Cons: WiFi wasn’t the best but it didn’t really matter as we had data.

Lovely relaxing retreat

Pros: We chose this location and property for our last night so we could unwind from our long trip to the Atlas Mountains and mergouza desert. The property was spotless and simply breathtaking. The three pools were amazing, and the children loved it.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful Riad! We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy and there was good communication throughout. The beds were comfortable, it’s well air conditioned, and the rooftop is gorgeous at sunset.

Cons: The shower pressure was low and they could do with supplying more toilet paper and basic seasonings for the kitchen (salt). But these are all minimal things.

Enjoyed my time there

Pros: We booked A 3 floor house with a room in every floor and a living room in the ground floor. The site was a bit far from the Madina and around 9 minutes away on a taxi. The village itself have all the required amenities: grocery, pools, basic restaurants and even a salon. I loved how spacious the house was and the price was fair

Cons: We needed to wait quite awhile to get a permit for entering the village. If you pay at the property have the money in cash as they don’t accept card. There is a nearby ATM inside the village

Safe area for family , facilities and good WiFi are the main advanatages

Pros: Ease of booking , communication from the host , facilities and the safety of premise

Cons: Language issues. Difficult to communicate without knowing French or Arabic

Great stay, very clean and spacious

Pros: Very spacious, stylish and clean. Located on a secure compound with security, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Cons: Not much other than that it’s a little far from the medina - 30 min walk or a 10/15 min taxi.
